  1. Dont have the hydraulic oil filled to max and have a can of diesel in the truck rather than the chipper tank. Not ideal i know, but an option.
  2. Just changed from 15 to 13" bar and the balance is lovely and like ths says, it cuts that bit faster.
  3. Who parked their beamer right in the way!!
  4. A friends company has had this problem and going through clutches more iften than u should
  5. Maybe thats why he fly tipped haha, too ashamed to rock up with that load!!
  6. Your truck looks smart hamdog
  7. I absolutely love authentic (and non authentic) indian food. That wrap looks delicious, infact i think i recognise it from a stall that goes to dorset steam fair.
  8. You're stihlmadasever!! I think that is the same for most of us, certainly those who have an interest and passion for this line of work. When i started powerline clearance about 20 years ago, my boss at the time said 'your life will never be the same again, you will constantly be looking up at powerlines and trees'. He could not have been more correct.
  9. Surely you are opening yourself up to be knocked down in price every time you say this.
  10. Don't top it, just reduce the height:what:
  11. Will do Ian. Where are you working at mo, are you still doing bits with Atko??
  12. Nice landy Ian. Although no weigh bridges near you, vosa have mobile ones now. Depending on chipper, nose weight is not usually much.
  13. I always leave chipper keys in the ignition, i dont see the point of removing them due to the danger of forgetting them.
  14. Never chase quotes, i just presume they have used someone else.
  15. Love it Steve, beautifully honest.
  16. And cut out every log down to 2" for his fire, sigh.
  17. What can be done for a tree attacked by leaf miner?
