One would hope for the above but in my area its a sad state of affairs really - LA 's are underfunded at the moment - I guess trees are not a major priority unfortunately - someone illegally felled a TPO tree and couldn't afford to take them to court!! - they haven't even cut the grass yet on the verge outside our house!!

we have a housing shortage - when we get a building boom - look at all the trees that would be felled

as above - as growth from dormant buds increases in time reduce the other side to help balance the shape - in several yrs it will look great

1.can we have a threshold swear words guide line please 2. can we swap letters around on a swear word so its not technically swearing 3. can we describe the swear word without actually saying it - eg " stop being a biological working end of a camels toe"
