I have done meditation - not because I was depressed (I was as a teenager - now im 50) just as an interest - It was very relaxing, gave me a slightly altered state of consciousness and afterwards had a positive attitude for a few hrs - I havnt done it for a few yrs

Well do your level 4 then you can continue to your level 6 - that's my plan for the future- its just the cost I will have to manage. level 6 will cost 7.5 k in all

good use of the snag at 1.30 on vid I personally would have not taken a wedge out on the branch you lowered -just a single under cut in case the wedge broke a roof tile
