Oh, forgot to say something... Download invoice to go! It's a life saver for me. I can usually write and send a quote within 5 mins which is amazing!

At the moment I'm finding it very difficult to manage everything. My misses is getting annoyed with me as I'm out the door at 7.30 and don't get in until 8.30/9. I'm in my second year of business, running a one truck and chipper crew just using subbies at the moment. Debating whether to take somebody on full time or not. I'm usually spending every evening and Saturdays and Sunday's (most of the day) out quoting, paper work etc. I find it very difficult to manage work and life. Any tips would be very good please!

I would class myself as a work a holic too. I usually work between 17-19 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Never stop unless I'm asleep. Usually get in from pricing late, eat late, do paper work etc late in the evenings and early in the mornings. Me and misses have our ups and downs from me working so much. Luckily I've not got any children yet. Just trying to save for a mortgage whilst building the business up. I try not to work as many hrs as I do but I just can't help myself!

I'm the same Stefan. I love to work, work 19/20 hrs a day. (Obviously including quotes, paper work etc). I would say that I'm addicted to work. My misses hates it and it's nearly broken us up on several occasions but there's nothing I can do about it. Sad really

Pretty much 19 hrs a day! Always doing something work related whether it's out on the tools, paper work, quotes, site visits, arranging jobs etc. Usually sleep the other 5 hrs!
