  1. Evenings Guys, I'm just curious, and testing the water... How many people actually have flashing beacons on their vehicles? Pick ups/trucks/etc. Cheers
  2. Haha yes, but no so handy when the neighbours get home at 2am!!!
  3. I know it's a bit different but our caravan alarm goes off when a taxi stops outside our house. Bloody annoying!
  4. Just out of interest, why not a Mazda, L200, Ranger, VW, Hilux etc?
  5. I do, but I live in Dorset! Travel to Honiton & Tiverton as well as Wells quite a bit. And also Oxford and Didcot area. It's all part of the fun!!! Depending where in Mid Devon you live but it's worth the drive to Cusses Gorse (Gunner) just outside of Sailsbury. Absolutely mint track, you'll struggle to find better! Let me know if you need any advice/have any questions.
  6. If you could let us know when your planning on heading out that would be great (Lyncombe Climber). I could get a few people together.
  7. Is that madmatty John? Cheers
  8. Hi all, Does anyone have anything planned for the upcoming months? Anything in the Dorset/Hampshire area? Possibly Wiltshire/Somerset (depends what areas). Really want to take my truck out for a day off roading but don't want to go as an individual as its boring! Let me know if anyone's got plans. Cheers dudes & dudess'.
  9. Haha good isn't it Matt! Making sure everything is locked up!! Will you be at the Steam Fair bud? Might see you there if your going.
  10. That's a flipping long old way! Wouldn't it be better if you went to Plumpton or Bridgewater? Or even Kingston Maurward?
  11. Looks really smart. Good work there.
  12. Nice, I was going to get an L200 but then came across the B2500 and couldn't resist! I love my truck! And would defiantly recommend one to anyone!!
  13. Nice, I like the Shogun. My parents have a new shape Shogun to tow their caravan with. 8M long so need a decent towing vehicle. I find it very comfortable as a passenger and it's got all the mod cons. Good car all round really
  14. Hey guys, I have recently bought a Mazda B2500 crew cab pick up. I am just wondering what you all use for your 4X4 vehicles and what you think of them? Cheers guys.
  15. Yes please mate, some pictures would be great. Cheers
  16. Thank you all for your comments so far - keep them coming. I would be towing it behind my pick up, 2.5 L engine. Thank you very much, I will take a look at their website later this evening. Thanks again everyone. Cheers
  17. Hi all, I have been looking and doing a bit of research on various Hi-Ab trailers. I would just like to see what people's opinions are on them and whether anyone owns one/ hires them out to other companies etc? I appreciate all replies. Cheers
  18. Very very nice! I've just put a deposit down on a Ford Ranger and am hoping to collect it tomorrow or Wednesday. Absolutely can't wait!!!
  19. Someone please help us! It'll be greatly appreciated by all. I'll see you tomorrow morning Dave, bright and early! ;-) All the best, Willow
  20. I would be on your back right now, but I live in Dorset. It's just too far to travel I hope you find someone soon though buddy. Cheers, Will
  21. Ever thought about setting up on your own mate?
  22. Defiantly get the climbing and rigging kits Lolered... it doesn't cost that much! Just a massive pain!!
  23. Yes, I've heard of stories where HSE have gone onto sites and asked to see the Risk Assessments and Method Statements... and as they didn't have it they got told to stop working and pack up. I know there a pain to do but for 5 minutes out of the day its worth it!! Willow :-)
  24. If I was you I would make all workers operating chainsaws (of any size) wear PPE. Its just a necessity! Risk Assessments and Method Statements should be done by law but you lots of smaller companies don't - but a lot of insurance companies won't cover you if you haven't/don't do them. Its usually the larger companies (SSE for example) who do them. I hope that helps buddy :-) All the best, Willow.
