I started with poison hivy, and found it a really nice rope to climb on with the sj, now bought myself some velocity and find that good but I'm not quite used To it yet so can't comment fully but it's thin 11.2 I think, goes through the system very easily as is super light weight, just wish it came in fancier colours! 7. I have the normal skafells and I love them to climb in, good grip, solid sole so you don't get stuck in tight forks but not so clumpy you feel like a transformer with a club foot. Rated them so high when my last ones died I bought them again!! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

No doubt he aspires to be a climber, maybe dangle a carrot get him up a tree with you once a week might make him more enthusiastic! if he's new to the game his fitness will be no where near a day in day out worker so don't expect him to run(jog) before he can walk! I highly doubt you popped straight out of puberty to running back an forth with handfuls of brash give the lad a break we all start somewhere!!... 23. Mine threw a chain first day out I think I must have had it on funny! But as for design flaws the bubble Sticks out to much and mine has a slight gap on one side where the air filter cover meets the body, but I still love it! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. I want it!! What's the law concerning fitting wood burners in vehicles? And is it easy to do? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. I use a pully saver and love it never tried a rope guide so I can't comment! I've got it stuck once or twice but got that nack now and can get it down every time no bother!! Makes climbing remarkably easier than not using it! Take mine up every tree and its definitely reduced fatigue! Coupled with a spider jack it works lovely! And if you use it on a hitch climber you can ad one of those pully crabs at the top and set up a 2/1 system to make it even easier if you need to pull yourself up a big stem:) just remember when retrieving give that little red ball a kiss for good luck!!
