    I think that is a very interesting question, one example spraying Bracken. Nowadays I use a Bracken bruiser roller I pull behind my quad when a site allows me too rather than spray chemicals

    It does concern me this report, I hate to think how much round up I have used over the years, but I have always treated it as another man made chemical with caution despite all that they said it was safe to be used. I used to hate Asulox with a passion think Round Up will be the same.

    Thanks Silky, when I did the back cut it fell QUICK. Amazing how a root system of a tree can hold up such a heavy tree even in peat soil.

    To be honest Jon, how much money they have earned from Top Gear they can afford to stick together. They are not short of money. For sure they will be off doing something else now, just hope it's not Sky but I think it will be.

    Why husky over Stihl? always used a Stihl pole saw, are they better now? Be interested to hear.

    Same as me! You have to think your time, petrol, wear and tear on your grinder and you are a tradesman qualified and trained to do it. But there will always be times when someone will do it 'cheaper'???

    Not to sure mate, I have had a ton in back and pulls chipper at same time and is fine. Think 2 ton trailer as well might be a bit too much?

    Hi Jon, once my 300tdi is warm she still pulls well. Not that great when she is cold. Have not got round yet of blanking off the EGR yet still in the bag!

    Keep the wheel on the bonnet, it makes the Defender more aero dynamic ( that's a fact by the way).
