  1. I agree with you except for using 4 lines . I think 2 is better especially on 4mm square you can get a wider sweep with less drag .
  2. Its a strimmer head . It goes round and round quite fast and mullers down grass , nettles , brambles etc . A neat trick really .........

  4. Diamond edge made by desert extrusions . Don't use a bump feed but can use up to 4mm square in my Oregon Jet fit head .....

  6. Sycamore is an Acer , Acer Psudoplotanus I think . Maybe the Acer Brilliant was grafted on to Sycamore root stock ? I belive your tree is a " cultivar " ......
  7. Do a search for threads on T540 and you will find you are not alone ........

  9. Its a known problem . The exhaust gasses are softening the handle . Bad design . Try a twin port muffler or mod your existing one to redirect the exhaust gasses away from the plastic of the handle .....

  12. We have the A540 and it is a good m/cn but today chipping a lot of connie we had that recurring problem of the top roller getting stuck up . Fed a few bigger loge through which usually sorts it but not this time . When its like this it wont pull fluffy brash through . Had to put a big log in and stop it mid chip so it held the top roller up and I could dig out the crap from under the spigot of the top roller . Has the Forst equivalent model over come this occasional irritation ?

  15. A polish bloke driving for one of our local farms tipped a browser over going round a bend too fast and split it open ( Only single skin ! ) and all the diesel spilt out over the road . Complete re surface for about 400 yards . Cheap labor ??

  20. Ok . Mine was definitely a DPF and not a CAT even though it is 2005 truck . Did not remove the EGR valve just blanked it off . No fault codes come up . Returns slightely more to the gallon if you try and drive gently but also spins up quicker if you want to tread on the load pedal .
