I once bought a Husky 385 from Canada and it had a 30" bar and chain set up that was .050 gauge so you can get them but not sure over here . Best ask Rob D .

Your loader seems to perform really well Metsa . The engine sounds not stressed at all . Did you have to do much work to it ?

Its the actual inlet manifold/tube . Apparently ( and I bow to your superior knowledge ) there should be a small hole in the side wall of it and there wasn't.

Or just use .058 gauge .

Slight de rail . Most current felling levers wont fit in the now popular narrow kirf made by said chain and bar combos .

There should be a small ( 1.5mm Dia ) hole in the side of the plsatic tube that the air filter sits on . On mine it wasnt formed properly so did not vent . Spud found it when he ported it for me . Think there was a side core missing in the injection mold that forms that part . Just drilled it out and all was well . Worth checking . Or partially blocked tank vent .

I used to larf my nuts off at a lot of those old shows . Steptoe and Son ( black and white ) M & wise , Porridge , Open All hrs etc etc etc but they do seem dated now and I know whats coming and I kinda just smile . I must be a miserable old git !

Rob D does a good range of peaveys or cant hooks . I know its not what you were asking but it looks to me that you ( if its you ) are pushing down on the lever . They tip the tree over much better if you lift . puts the lifting force at the outer most edge of the butt .
