  8. There is no such thing as " part time PPE " you need protecting all the time 🙂 Seriously though Pfanner with all the zip vents . Not cheap but good . Boots I use Andrews or Pfanner Zermatts . Hat Husqvarner . Gloves Pfanner .

  10. If its " round ground " full chiz ( most likely ) then yes , the appropriate round file . If its " square ground " full chiz ( unlikely ) then no . You would need the proper files for square ground .

  13. I used to be friends with two brothers that were fallers in Canada . Lee and Jake Laduciure . They used to send me " west coast " type saws for me to sell on here in the UK . It must have been 20 years ago now. I couldn't work as I was recovering from a motorcycle accident . Not heard from them in a long time now . Hope they are ok .

  16. Yep the 14" or was it 12" ? on an 020 always had that . Used to use it as a start / finish guide when sharpening .

  21. I general rule of thumb Has always been for absolute max bar lenght the cc divided by three . So a 60cc saw would be a max bar lenght of 20" ( prefer 18" myself ) .
