  6. Never could understand the reasoning behind that .
  7. All day long .
  8. Morning all . A bit blustery and the odd light shower over night . Not cold by any means.

  12. Trump deploys bunker busters over night .
  13. Well , Dave knows you have a hedge cutter now ! 😁
  14. I would check for a TPO as well . If it has got one that will strengthen your case .
  15. Morning all . Slightly cooler this morning at 15c . Sky divided clear blue to the north of me ( over the downs ) and dark cloud to the south ( over the coastal plain ) with a rumble of thunder . Hope it stays fine for day two of the wood fair . My 395 is in the lead so far . Final runs today with Simon just piping Wayne Woolgar with his ported 660 .
  16. If you can get the guts of the DPF removed and then replace the empty can then , at the moment , the MOT only requires a visual indication that it is present . However if who ever does it is a shit welder and it looks obvious it been tampered with the its likely to fail . I think things are going to change in that respect soon though . The problem that I have incurred is if any other thing causes an engine management light to come on the DPF will not clean until the other thing has been dealt with .
  17. Also never poo poo another mans poo poo Black Adder 🙂
  18. I just let mine laps as Im retired 🙂
  19. I thought , in the UK it was illegal to disturb any nesting bird . The cutting of hedges between March and September only applied to agri hedge rows not domestic . I thought also that you can cut domestic hedges provided you do due diligence and check for nests etc . However I have been wrong before and will be again no doubt .
  20. Just come back from a walk with the dog on Harting Down . Nice breeze , lots of bird song and pyramid orchids in the grass .
  21. Morning all . I believe that was a tropical night . Did not drop below 19c . Longest day today . West wood fair this weekend . Lets see if my buddy Simon can win the chainsaw race again with my " Crocky " ported 395 .
  22. How about this for stupid/ridiculous . An English couple who have been holidaying in France have had their return home delayed with an additional cost of £500 due to missing their ferry crossing because of an anomaly to do with the type of worm tablet given to their dog . Meanwhile on the very same day 900 " illegal " people crossed on small boats with absolutely no checks whatsoever .
  23. I thought it said " whilst you are down there ..."
  24. Morning geezers . One day away from summer solstice . 05:00 am and its already 18c here . Reach 28c yesterday , more to come . Drink water lads .
