  1. Morning all . Have a good one .
  2. I think you would be better off working some more for your own clients and then pay log merchant to deliver you cut , split and seasand logs . If you were happy to take unseasoned arb waste that would be adifferent thing .
  3. There is always a cut off point between the type of ag you choose to use . ( this told to me from a farmer ) and mostely it depends on how much you think the end price of the crop is going to be . If you think its going to make £200/ton ( malting barley ) then its more profitable to plough , make a seed bed and drill as the yeald will be at the max . If it only makes £120/ton then its more profitable to just run a " scratchit " drill over the stubble . The yeald will be less than the former method but you will save on time and fuel as less use of tractor . Its a gamble .
  4. I posted this before but I had a situation where the driver had two identical boxes for me ( both copntaining matching hi fi components ) they both had my name and address on and you could not tell them apart if you stood them side by side . He would only let me have one and said the other was due to be delivered the next day . Which he duely did . 'kin bonkers .
  5. Morning all . A bit late on parade , soz . Had a lovely meal at the Nags Head with my niece and her family who are over from Aus . Happy Monday !
  6. Ahoy there troops . Happy Sunday !
  7. That Pixel chain has been around for about 10 years . I tried it on a 346 I had at the time ( the old non 50cc version ) and I didn't like it . Thought it was bit flimsy .
  8. Morning all . Intermitant showers here . My niece and her family are over from Australia . We going for a meal at the Nags Head tomorrow .
  9. @adw He will know .
  10. All good here . She comes daily round about lunch time . Edit . No inuendo Les !
  11. Pissing down !
  12. I see Kemi has sacked Bob J . Aparently he was about to defect to Nigel . There is proof they say but not shown it yet . Did she pre empt a leadership battle I wonder ?
  13. Morning Bob , morning all . Had the vet out last night as the horse was collicking . He was very uncomfortable . In all the horses we have had never expirienced this before . He seems better this morning . phew !
  14. All in flipflops 😃
  15. Ah . Thanks for the tip mate . I will try it .
  16. That won't work properly Mark . You have the bar up side down .
  17. It burns ok , leaves a lot of fine floaty ash so open the door carefully . Cut and split and put under cover now with air flow you could burn it next winter .
  18. Dunno is the honest answer . I do think the oil will run out , eventually , but could be hundreds of years yet . There are un tapped reserves on our door step and as Dave points out , why don't we ( UK ) make use of it rather than let someone else abstract it and then we buy it from them at a premium . Boils my piss .
  19. Morning troops . Frosty here . Happy Wednesday .
  20. About 50 years minimum that they know about without looking for more .
  21. The Norgies would say otherwise .
  22. I was gonna go monterey but I think you are right Steve .
  23. Morning Jase , morning all . Seems mild here , no wind as yet . Happy Teusday . 🙂
  24. Do you remember when the 201 first came out . It was a complete dissapointment . Nothing like the 200 to the point it seemed like there was somethig wrong with it . Boging down and slow to rev up . It was all sorted eventually with a kit to " enhance " it I think it was a new frlywheel , coil pack , carb and re timed . All this is standard now but it was pretty shite innitially .
  25. I watched Micks vid of his saw going through some smallish dia stuff and it looked fairly quick . Does anyone think that because you don't hear an engine screaming away it seems slower when it actually isn't ? Just an observation . Without timing them side by side its hard to say for sure .
