Excellent fire wood and well worth it . But as above . If you don't have a mechanical splitter then split it green . Goes off like concrete when seasoned .

The numbers might be correct for 3/8th but a .325 sprocket fitted at the factory in error . So just get a bit of .325 chain and see if it sits correctly in the nose and you can run it round .

I sweep mine once a year , at this time of year , and I never get more than about a half inch in the bottom of the stove . Would equate to half an inch in your bucket at a guess . Mind you , all my nappies are well seasoned . -
