  1. Excellent fire wood and well worth it . But as above . If you don't have a mechanical splitter then split it green . Goes off like concrete when seasoned .

  4. The numbers might be correct for 3/8th but a .325 sprocket fitted at the factory in error . So just get a bit of .325 chain and see if it sits correctly in the nose and you can run it round .

  8. I think that floating rims are made to accommodate either thickness .

  10. I sweep mine once a year , at this time of year , and I never get more than about a half inch in the bottom of the stove . Would equate to half an inch in your bucket at a guess . Mind you , all my nappies are well seasoned .

  14. Only a stab but the Chief Executive could be the CE of the housing association and the clause might only have applied when it was a HA house .

    Is it not the chicken pox virus ? I did hear that if you get it on the side of your torso and it goes all the way round and joins up its curtains ! . Dont worrie about it though eggs mate

  19. Not sure were you mean . Is it on the cut face or on the bark .? Marks on the bark might be were a fence was attached at some time ......
