What compound would a tyre marked Mud and Snow have ? ( Cooper STT pro ) Does the fact that it is marked snow mean it is a winter compound or is that not the case ? -

They don't come into their own until the the temp is 7 deg C or below . Above that they are not as good , so I have read in previous posts on this thread . -

I would have thought that it is not air temp but road/trac temp the is the factor . You can have quite a difference between air temp and tarmac temp as I have found in the past racing motorcycles . -

I know V.I. that you are deadly serious on the subject and I do respect your postings despite my ( failed ) attempts to inject a degree of " piss take " now an then . Alas I feel that my level of comprehension prevents me from digesting and reconciling the subject . Because of this I will carry on making decisions ( like what to have for breakfast etc ) blissfully un aware that it is , in reality , out of my control . Hope you are well mate . A Q in the co op that has started at the end that say Q here . People with shopping and have bought fuel all Qing as they should . Knob comes in having just filled up his car and goes strait to the other end as the the person just served leaves .

I put a big armful of extra shopping in their trolleys whilst they are dithering . Sometimes they don't notice , other times they look around puzzled thinking they now have the wrong trolley and WhereTF is theirs ?
