  1. The only time a fixing is subject to the direction of rotation is if it is on the axis of rotation . Anything out board of this won't matter if its RH or LH thread ( as you say ! ) Same as the clutch nut on your chainsaw .

  12. That has always been the way I use them . A 4 way head with 2 lines . as you say the nut is under flush with a 4 way . Have posted it many times 🙂
  13. I have done it in the past , once . I think I got them from my local dealer ( DM Chainsaws )
  14. Early saws were susceptible to vapor lock especially in hot weather . There were mods done to counter this . Andrew will know @adw
  15. Puma / Cougar / mountain lion is in the panther class I believe . Very adaptable animal to change of habitat and until recently thought to be a solitary cat . Somewhere , can't remember where now it has taken to be in groups and to hunt that way . Small evolutionary beginnings ?

  17. What about that lioness in France on the news last week or two back . The authority said not to worry its a wild boar . From the photo I saw it looked nothing like a wild boar and everything like a lioness .
