    Cramp .

As I am getting on now I do suffer with cramp at times . Calf muscles go like a piece of wood and my foot points strait down like a dancer " on point " Pretty easy fix just stand up and put weight on it making the foot at a right angle to the leg . Hamstrings a little harder with out help but doable . The adductor of the inner thigh is a proper sod . Just don't know how to sort it . I drink plenty of water , eat bananas , and take Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc + vit D . This all in one tab taken morning and evening . I believe its because my tendons are shrinking due to being an old git . Any one else suffer ?
  6. Universal to build a big theme park on the site of an old brick works in Bedford creating lots of jobs . Be good if they could build in the Florida weather as well .
  7. At the risk of repeating yourself .....🙂
  8. This to me ? If so nope . You have the option of buying and selling yourself or leave it to them . As I don't know A from a bulls arse about buying and selling I leave it to them . There is a monthly fee of about £7 odd for running it and occasionally if they by or sell something I get a bill fir £12 or £15 . But as I said I was somewhat stunned to make 2K in a year but that's gone now . I understand its a long term thing and could well recover . I am not panicking . I will just leave it and let it do whatever . I don't need that dosh right now . I just thought it was worth pointing out . That's all .
  9. I have limited experience of the Canter . Not a bad truck but a bit bouncy unless a dead flat track . The 5.2 ltr Izuzu could be thirsty ?
  10. Just checked again this morning and now the 2k that it had made is all gone . I am 27p up still though ! 🙂
  11. When you have " burnt " the tang into the handle you should remove it strait away and only tap it back in when it has cooled down .
  12. Morning all . Rinse and repeat with the weather ! Currently 3c .
  13. Beautiful Jonathan .
  14. It was working just fine till the orange one did his stuff .
  15. I put 20K in a Barclays " smart investor " ISA about a year ago . I was pleasantly surprised at how it performed . It had ups and downs but the downs were small and the ups were big . Last month it had made just over 2K on top of the 20K I put in . Over night it has lost approx 1.6K . Cheers Trumpy .
  16. I think you have said it . Possible sheared flywheel key is my first thought .
  17. Save Edge ( or is it Safe Edge ? , can't remember ) if you have damage to get rid of , they really bite well . Then any of the other brands if you are just tickling . But yea . A chainsaw file .
  18. Oi oi then troops . Cool start at 2c . Clear sky another sunny day in paradise it seems 🙂
  19. Just dropped my lad off at the yard in Petersfield as his car is in for MOT today . He is cutting on the railway and they have an ecologist going in front of them so every half hour they have to stop so he can check for door mice bats and snakes and all that . He says it makes for an easy day !
  20. Coppicing sweet chestnut here at the moment hundreds of posts stacked and pointed up .
  21. Morning troops . Clear sky again so another sunny day ahead but still that nagging north easterly . Currently 4c .
  22. Someone has braced it because of the included bark in the union . The tree will grow it into itself . I have seen a whole bicycle included in a tree before .
  23. Yep . Kinda what I said . 🙂
