  3. Yea that works for you cos you are sensible but there are some knobs out there who are not like you so I think the add is needed .
  4. Well It illuminates as do all the other instruments and my sat nav displays speed .

  7. The speedo on my Navara has stopped working . chances are its the electronic speed sensor somewhere on the transmission I am told . These are £105 + vat . Do I need a working speedo for the MOT ?
  8. Bearing in mind you will need some where dry and airy to season and store it. Can't just burn it green .
  9. Yep doin that . Change gear at 2,500rpm and then stick to 2,000rpm in top . (Mines a Navara)
  10. You can get recessed heads for the clamp bolts and wind the nuts on the inside makes it difficult to get a spanner on and not worth the effort for log fairies .

  13. I am 60 now and my bud who climbs still takes the trouble to tell me " **** stubby I can't believe you kept up " lots of brash and a long drag . Work hard but don't make work hard ! Be efficient as you can . Anticipate the climbers needs , as soon as you hear that 020 revving high be there with the fuel and oil . Remember what he said about needing he felling rope at a certain point , have it ready , stuff like that . That's part of being a good groundy . Its no secret so finding one should be no secret .

  15. Kindling that is bone dry can be any shape you want . If there is a bit more for the same money it will sell I am sure . I would buy the bigger bag if I had to buy some anyway .

    Can you measure the drive tangs with a mic or vernier ? If they are 1,6mm or under then maybe your bar rails are minched .
