  1. Sounds like your tank breather could be blocked . Try starting the saw on its side with the fuel cap off . If it runs up ok the its a blocked tank breather .
  2. Thats it . Its the chipper noise . Homing beacon sticky fingered scrotes .
  3. Well petemate was a bit secretive about what was done so can't be sure . I do know the exhaust can was cut and shut and the cat taken out as I can see that . Don't know if he did any porting that's why I say tweeked as apposed to ported . I think they are quit well sorted in that department as standard . It does start easily from hot or cold and goes like a banshie !
  4. Sorry bud . Its gut wrenching . I hate them the thieving scum .
  5. All I can tell you is mine was a 2011 saw and had new carb and re programed auto tune . There is an updated coil and updated starter pull mech but I have not needed them . Mine was subsequently " tweeked " by petemate on here . It has been faultless ever since and the best 60cc saw I have used .
  6. Get yourself a cod piece !
  7. Work hard . Anything you don't understand , ask .
  8. Had mine " tweeked "by petemate and it never lets me down . Using it all morning today . ( 560 that is , not blower )

  11. 3120 ,395 ( Walker ) , 390 , 372 ( ported by spud ) , 560 ( tweeked by petemate ) , 346 ( ported by spud ) ms220t (made to run sensible by spud ! )

  14. Yea I had a 3/8 on my 357 and just remember having to change the plastic oil drive gear as it mates with the rim . wondered if it was the same set up on a 560 . to my shame I have to say Iv not looked at mine !
  15. Hi . Did you have to change the oil pump drive like you would on a 357 or is it not affected ?
  16. Yep there should be 2 and you can get one from your Husqvarna dealer . Its an idea to periodically check the tightness of all the bolts as they can sometimes work loose .

I get the lingo and find it interesting . I have to friends ( brothers ) who are fallers in Canada so I am used to the terminology . Bucking is as you say is cross cutting , hence bucking dawgs ( the spikes on the saw for biting in the bark ) ......
