  2. Never used a " shredder " as such but we have a Jensen A540 wood chipper ( 8" max ) that is indispensable !!
  3. Yea I wear a belt . Don't think ant saw protection strides will stay in place outwith a belt or braces just because of the extra weight of the ballistic materiel . They are the best fit and the best made though .
  4. The Pfanner Gladiator Ventilation are the coolesst best fitting strides ever !
  5. Oh I am a bloke and 32" waist and take a medium in the Pfanners . You being a girl ( I presume ) would probably need a small if you are an 8 ??
  6. Pfanner for me . tried all sorts including husqvarna . I find the Pfanner to bne the best fit I have ever had . A bit more expensive but very well made . I use the Pfanner gladiator ventilation .

    yea , about that in my experience . Just get stuck in . All you have to do is start into it and if you work hard all of a sudden its done !! Then you feel good about the day .

  14. Yep Hycrack are the best tractor mounted ones IMHO . and a Fergie is all you need . I used to run one on an old Ford 4000 . Similar sorta power .
  15. Some small tractors have PTO going the " wrong way " , depending on the helix of your splitter . Be sure to check that !
  16. Kubota tractor , mig welder . diesel pressure washer , some chainsaws including a Stihl 009 and a hedge cutter stolen from my friend in East Ashling near Chichester West Sussex .
  17. Seen em demo on U tube . Don't think they will import the cause not CE approved .
  18. Guv are funding free cavity wall insulation round our way . Firm comes and does it for free and gets paid by the government it seems ....

  21. Ok . Looked at that one on fleabay and it wont be up to the job . ! its got a smaller engine than mine and 2 its belt driven . They would just slip I recon . Mine is duplex chain and sprocket drive . The one you are looking at will need a lot more work to make it usable on anything other than bone dry pop !

  23. I remembered . But .....I put em forward like you should and then unbeknown to me my "blond" wife thought she would do it . Thing is she put em back Doh ! took me a while to realize.
