  1. Still going strong! Took a bit of a hammering clearing gorse and brambles the other day so they have gone kinda "fluffy" on the bottoms of the legs, the pockets have come unstitched due to snagging on huge brambles but apart from that they are fine! Worth the money in my opinion!
  2. I had a mare of a monday, but thank god its getting better as the week goes on! Its good to have a rant every now and again, hope your feeling better for it!
  3. I cant see why its such an issue, does he want to sell any or not!? Maybe the price is too embarrasing!

  11. Hiya, Bit of a long shot but does anyone down this neck of the woods (Cornwall) know of any small yards for rent? Ideally within a 5 mile radius of Helston? I need somewhere to use as a wood yard, dosent have to be very big, any bigger than my drive (which im using at the mo) would be great! lol!
  12. Fair points. I have thought about the 13/75 but would like something with a shoot on it as it saves cleaning up a pile of chip off the floor! Anyway thanks for the replies!
  13. Yes, im sure it is cheaper for a reason! My 12 year old truck is cheaper than a new one for a reason too......I have a 12 year old truck because its all I can afford. I would love the latest shiney schlising but unfortunatly I cant afford it. You have to start somewhere, its all very well having the "cheaper is crap" mentality if you have the bank balance to support it! Everytime there is a thread like this about a cheaper machine we get the some comments from people with better equipment and more buying power, but I bet you started with a limited anount of funds too!
  14. Yeah thats what I thought, seems pretty simmilar to the GTM but cheaper!
  15. Contact Studulike on here, hes the man to ask! Put a post on the "Whats on your bench today" thread and im sure he will be able to advise!
  16. What about a tracked barrow? Rig up a hand winch (or hydraulic/electric one if you are good with adapting things! You could easily use this to skid the timber with it if its not too big......
  17. Thanks for the advice guys, interesting reading!
  18. Cool, thanks for that!
  19. Hiya, I have a job coming up repointing some paving, what is the best way to do it so I dont make too much of a mess and leave cement staines everywhere? I have looked at cement pointing guns (simmilar to silicone guns) but have been told they are pants! Any suggestions?
  20. You should see the state of my truck! lol!
  21. Nah, quick pressure wash and a windscreen clean and away you go! lol!
