After 4 weeks in breaking in the airstreams, ive found that you need quite a slim foot to fit nicely. Mine are just that little to wide and ache just behind the small toe and have to adjust them through out the day. But they are great for spiking in. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

It may not be the chain/bar but more of the adjustment screw etc it self. Have u looked at that part as well? Also to much sag and the chain will ride off the bar etc which can be nasty Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

Defo look into the dairy and grains bud as ive just remembered that also used to set me off, and as said reduce some these in ur diet and build back up. The slightest change could be for the better. Good luck and recover quickly

Ive never taken tablets, but found being over stressed and the huge amount i was drinking didnt help it. I now hardly drink, cut down on the amount i smoke and always keeping myself active. My diet has always been good so that wasnt the problem, but maybe a time to check yours. I get the occasional short term session but nothing like i used to get. Hope you can identify whats causing yours to flare up bud
