I will post some pics as soon as i have them. It is a good system and i used it a lot, mostly on big trees. Also its useful i found to have your srt for getting into the tree and leaving that rope in place for an emergency line then working off your normal double rope system when in the tree and then descending again using the srt line which is for me the first in and last out of the tree. Basically its exactly the same as the video but insted of the pully and distel you use the grigri.

I use the yoyo method i learned from a guy in Italy... top thing on the rope is a hand ascender with a foot loop, your rope comes down from that onto a grigri attached to your harness, then the rope goes back up to a micro pulley attached to the hand ascender where you pull through the slack. All you do if you want to come back down is take off the ascender and use the grigri to descend. Works well for me

If you try and put this into perspective its real hard to come to terms with.... imagine i gave you a shotgun and told you to blow away every living thing you saw for the rest of your life, would you be able to kill as many living things as these people have by setting that fire? i really do wonder what will happen if they ever catch them and will the punishment fit the crime? -

Looks like a crown lift, thinning and reduction all in one Good job mate it looks good and has a good shape still. Keep up the good work and the rest will happen for you in time

Ah ok now i read your post again i see its the small end thats the same and works for side casing so whats with the big end then is it a different size spark plug like Mesterh says?

Thats where i get most my stuff online, seems to be the cheapest i have found for most things. Sometimes a bit slow getting some stuff in but generally good.

Yes its a single fishermans and a double is used to tie 2 ends of rope together. Used mostly for making prussic loops. Great knot the fishermans, simple and effective

Looking at the limb directly under the cavity, I would say reduce that as much as possible, you even may think about taking it off completely, it looks from the picture as the most urgent part in need of attention. The rest above the cavity wouldnt hurt to do a 25% reduction of the sail imo
