  1. All that steel and the grab what the hell does it weigh.
  2. Never heard of them always use genuine blades now, Timberwolf and GreenMech. Found there's not a lot of difference in price.
  3. No wonder it doesn't chip those blades are well blunt,
  4. Or better still a lighter picked up that someone has dropped. Day rate is what it is, transport kills half a day.
  5. Maybe best to ask administrator if she is OK, you don't know if she has passed away too. It's not easy but try and follow the correct root to get watch back.
  6. I found watch large Loaders moving big lump of stone on YouTube very educational on driving a loader they make very slight turning movements so not to bting rear weight forward tip over.
  7. Picture doesn't show trailer with half a load on to try and keep back wheels near the ground. Run them at 40psi and they are 12ply construction tyres you know it now if you hit a pot hole.
  8. Finished Oak tree from yesterday, customer has some firewood now and he needed butt moved off field so just picked it up, Little Fendt did well.
  9. Yes it was, only took 4 months to get it done was cancel last year do to engineers called up north to sort out storm arwen and my job was not priority work. 4 hour shut down took then longer to get wires down then me to prep tree and drop it and drop tall limbs left sticking up.
  10. Large dead Oak tree today, got struck by lightening about 10 years ago and the got Phytophthora ramorum. Uk power network dropped 12kv cables then just dropped it. Back tomorrow to finish off.
  11. In plainer word, just get rid of them and plant something else.
  12. Why leave them there if you prune them every year.
  13. As long as you can see it in mirrors should not be a problem, I use a 8x5 ifor tipper and a 12x6 flat only thing I have to remember is the12x6 stick up wider then truck is. Have got both in the same tight driveway last week just had to watch tail swing on larger trailer. Both were on same truck land rover 130 so not the shortest of trucks.
  14. First picture shows no gully just some railings and what looks like field.
  15. Can you not get tracked Mewp in there. You mentioned winch tractor then just pull it over.
  16. Logged timber from pollarding of Ash and Sycamores from last week's job. About 12.5m2.
  17. I don't like that comment of Smart arse, just reading it as it was written. AND GOOD BYE
  18. So can you explain? sounds like all you needed to do was give it back to him and tell him to take it back to were he bought it. If you are not climbing why do you need top handle saw.
  19. Would be nice to see other workshop projects quick fix or on going. I will start, need larger bucket to move logs next week so came up with this. Some reason can't load pictures. Will try later.
  20. My land rovers have gone up every other year for a while.
  21. Have used 14m one and very bendy and flexible boom, small basket which can be handy. If I remember they are pretty lively hydraulics and you can get down quickly.
  22. It's a church in a small village called Preston St Mary
  23. Some from this week, row of Ash and Sycamore reduce to pollards do to 1 failing a couple of years ago and owner worried they would hit church. And Field maple reduce next door .
