  1. How let it get that big. Reduce by thinning would be the first step.BUT its in a church yard ? when the churchwardens make up there minds and tell the DIOCESE could take for ever to get answer back. Took my local lot 2 years to get back so do'nt hold your breather.
  2. Whats planting guide got to do with solving a tree that is causing a problem because it was planted in the wrong place to start with.
  3. Looked at a scotty pine a coulpe of weeks ago, neighbour was say his drive was lifting and garage was too. Told customer to ring his insurance company to find out if it was allright to fell the tree, he said no problem as he was a Loss Ajuster and said it was the best advice to give people with the same problem:001_tt2:
  4. Tell customer to ring there insurance company and don't touch the tree untill they tell them what to do. Then you will not be liable after wards.

Just found this Thread and think I should write and let you know I pollard 57 willows along side the river Stour in Flatford, Dedham and Stratford St Marys for the Dedham vale AONB & Stour valley project for Suffolk County Council some had not been done for 30 years and it was the only way to save them from self destruction. After a year they have got 3 FT plus of re-growth.This year got 19 to do up river from last year at Wormingford.

  8. That remind me saw a red 90 in suffolk 2 years ago with a chip box on the back and thought what's the point???? Tool box then a chipper on the back, then tow a trailer any body got 1 or thinking the same and got any pictures.

  10. I run a 90 as second truck tow a ifor 8x5 tipper with double sides lovely to tow in traffic as not wider than truck. Chip in to it if on big jobs or load it with cordwood as it carries more than the130.
  11. Your lucky only a week, got 1 customer finds me a lot of work how takes amounth to pay. Talking to the bloke that works for him if his boss sends someone a bill wants payment in fortnight, last time text him to ask about payment and sent bank details payed next day.

  14. Hi. If you build 1 it may be a health & safty problem? I was going to build 1 a year ago landed up buying a oxdale got no problems with letting any body using it as it's got CE marks. By the way buy a splitter then power it with a hydraulic power pack (eg,JCB beaver pack) mount all on a trailer.

  17. I remember taking conifer out of a garden we cleared many years ago we took 152 conifer out access was good draged them out with MF35 but had to cut some in to 4 bit to pull them as they where 24 inchs across, it still left over 60 in the garden. It that love hate thing like marmite.
  18. Christ mate hit head wind and you may be going backwards when full. Give it a polish a you may get pulled over for dazling other drivers in the dark.

  24. Hi lads, Going of track a bit FENDT. Had brake cylinders off to repair found ball bearing in bottom do,s not belong there any idears, I think it should go in balance pipe????
