  1. Should of said 300tdi
  2. On the way to job today clutch went had a job getting gears, pressure on pedal but clutch doesn't release. So any ideas whats wrong and whats easier engine or gearbox out.
  3. With a 36t machine should of just dug them out.
  4. Just started snowing
  5. Start cleaning chimney as wood burner burning bad then half way through that local farmer rang up about a sheep he needed help with, then finished wood burner, changed pipe on crane which had a leak, pumped tyres up on truck, tractor and trailer and sort this out for next weeks job. Sunday day of rest ha ha.
  6. Find someone with a welder and get them to weld a large nut to it, grinding head off will cause another problem.

  12. As for burning near houses check your insurance mine has a 30 metre exclustion.
  13. Best fire lights I have found are old work gloves the builders/ gardener ones just spray a bit of WD40 on the back material and set it a light then stack with dry smal wood .

  18. Its the little 320 I am wanting to know if anyone has used for tree work and how did they get on with it.
  19. There's not a lot of info on a Avant 320 but plenty on bigger models.

  21. Has anyone ever used an Avant 320 loader (little skid steer one) for tree work or any thing else.
  22. Was thinking the same or even pick it up with digger on to trolley and wheeling it out to front of house, but can not find hire company with one with thumb or grab to save sling every bit.

  24. Have a look at Protech post thumper range they make some good stuff. I run a old Quantock. Have heard good things about then how run them on a day to day bases.
  25. Carried a spare wheel for Landy on bonnet for years now but never got a puncture.
