  4. i know a few fowk who've used it in cars not heard of any issues don't know if it was 100% HO or if it was mixed?, also one guy who used it in a petrol landrover! old series with twin military tanks with switchover, got it heated up on petrol then switched over! but then the old 2.25 would run on boiled sock water from what i can gather you do need to add a little petrol to it though, fowk use it for petrol/TVO tractors the same way
  5. even though i only have a 3.5t licence i can drive pre 1960 trucks provided they are unladen and not towing but what is laden? if i put for example some shopping in the back is that laden? asking from classic vehicle prospective NOT working vehicle, is there a legal definition?

  17. used to work as a tyre fitter in a garage in inverness this scruffy rather exentric old fella used to come in with a knackred old volvo aye looking for part worns or work done to the jalopy cheap, found out later he was a milllionaire! no wonder don't think he ever spent a penny he didn't have to!
