  1. that happened a good few year back at home in the islands a ship lost tons of timber overboard all of a sudden new sheds everywhere
  2. one of our guys (not a climber right enough) is 64 and is still cutting,chipping etc etc although he is retiring next year
  3. never heard of this before sounds an expensive hobby to me get an old 1.8 Citroen c15/pug 205d those engines will run on just about anything with a passing resemblance to diesel
  4. we do indeed an ancient patu believed to have been bought of Noah after completion of his ark it did have its own crane at one time but was removed when someone had an accident with it years ago, think I've seen it used once in four years! it is currently at fleet services getting a refurb now we have the valtra

  9. that model can be crane fed you are meant to take the hood off the top of the hopper but we haven't got round to it yet it's worked well so far apart from a coupla dings but its a new experience to me so im just learning

  14. getting there bashed the chipper a bit crane feeding somewhere between 70 and 80k as far as I can establish
  15. few more pics, has proper forestry cab with glass roof handy when going under bridges! its 143hp

  20. had a mini mayfair for a bit was like driving a go kart great fun was absolutley rotten though, the front end could have taken off by its self
  21. seen this posted elsewhere recently, bit steep even for ultra low milage! had a dream a few weeks ago that i had a mini van though haha
  22. growing up we had a wellstood (like rayburn) it also did water/heating and 90% of the cooking was done on it too, good times wish i had one now!
