  1. After all one never knows who will be reading, planning, executing revenge for such payback. Surely the government, police would not mind unless it was their dogs:sneaky2:. easy-lift guy
  2. There will always be someone else that can be called to take care of the life or death job, actually the Fire Departmment can handle anything if need be. No amount of $$$ will get me to surrender my Christmas for work. easy-lift guy
  3. treestuff.com sounds like a good choice except the company is based in Indiana. LA is much closer to Whittier unless the OP wants to make the trip East. easy-lift guy

  6. Only if the will of the people comes first will the Government have to do the right thing about this Pox that I have read about on AT for the Last 3 years. Here would be my solutions to the problem of theft for this industry: 1. Apprehend or catch criminals in the act. 2. If no known criminal record, 2 Years mandatory jail term HARD Labor. 3. If record does exist for legal citizens of the UK 10 Years mandatory jail term HARD Labor. 4. Non resident or illegal Alien living in the UK Immediate DEPORTATION or exile if no country is willing to take them back. That would be a good start. BTW, if these measures seem to harsh to the reader just remember that the thieves are counting on you to maintain their lifestyle that they have become accustomed to. It is really you against them, Wake up while you still have choices left. easy-lift guy
  7. Perhaps you may revisit your question if you are unfortunate enough to be a victim of organized crime:thumbdown:. Since the Government and through extension the Police are not willing to take this epidemic of theft seriously the results will continue to get worse. At least here in this country there are still ways of dealing with thieves inside and outside the legal system:sneaky2: I suspect it will come to that in the UK someday when enough people have had enough and enough Insurance policies have been canceled:sneaky2: When is enough, enough?. easy-lift guy
  8. Dear Albert, I understand your grief and annoyance. I created a thread some time ago entitled means and methods of protecting your kit. It may be of some help to you. Wishing you A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year. easy-lift guy

  13. Dear Hedge Hunter: Not really sure why your sniping at everyone?. To be fair if your pissed off at your help or lack their of, you made your point several replies ago. Any additional comments are probably not raising your stock. If working alone is better suited for your needs right now, have at it. Accusing members on AT of this and that is really pointless. Take care. easy-lift guy

  19. The guy sitting on the curb knows his place. As long as his wife to be can continue to train him, he may grow up to be an adult some day. Than his parents will know he made the right choice for a wife, get them off the guilt hook for being such great parents in the first place!. easy-lift guy
  20. Very nice and congrats to your wife and the family. Lots of sacrifice and time to get that schooling and certification behind her. easy-lift guy
  21. I have been researching the 660,661 issue here Stateside. It seems there is a technical recall out for all 661 models and none are to be had round these parts. The 661 may be available any time between March-May of 2014. The 660 should be available in January of 2014. I have located a single 660 for a fellow member from one of my dealers here in Florida. Just waiting for final decision. easy-lift guy
  22. I have seen folks in this part of the world using same machines in trees. Dangerous enough from a bucket or scaffold or on the ground. Working in a canopy or off a ladder makes no sense at all. easy-lift guy
