  1. Has this been going on since day one with the trailer ? or is it something that has only started happening of late or have you only just noticed it of late ? is it something that has happened since its been serviced ? As Ratman says load distribution could possibly be causing hitch problem with weight on ( to much weight forward causing friction in hitch plunger ? ) you say you have greased the hitch and what grease you pumping in there ? as its been warm of late and some cheaper greases will just go to piss in little time ? i noticed on my log splitter last week a pool of what was grease but now thick oil on the splitting table that has come from above, them tripple axel Ifors are very good trailers to tow and usually behave there selfs well there is 3 or 4 in the yard next to mine that get used day in day out for moving the 15ft concreate panels used in agri buildings and there will be 4 or 5 panels on a trailer and there is never any problems with the trailers and they are worked, personally i would give Graham Barlow a ring at Barlow trailers at Leyland as if there has ever been a issue with an Ifor he will know about it i think he has about 40 yrs in the Ifor trade,
  2. Half day closing on a Saturday ? and especially on sale day as well !!
  3. Yep i have noticed it as well and about a month ago i asked a expert from this site and he informed me that Rowan can not get Ash die back, i tend to differ in that one, the ones have seen are well on there way out and it does look like Ash die back to me, there is a lot of trees around us in north Lancs that are looking sick mainly Beech and Sycamore but noticed several Birch this morning that have either shed most of there leafs or have all turned yellow and starting to drop,
  4. Could be a series of books on the way then, 😂😂
  5. We all earn money as we have to make a living, but for many many years now i have said we only have it to play with for a very short time as our government and the powers that be only let us have the full value for very little time,, How long does a £1 actually last ? before the government has got it all back, we are taxed to the hilt in this country with hidden taxes on nearly all every day items/activaties !! So we are all tax collectors in a way but it just all ends up in the same pot and it aint ours, How many transactions does it take before the government has the whole £1 back in there safe keeping, as i am sure some one some where back in history decided joe public was not fit to have money !!! and that T - - T who decided income tax was a good idea should of been hanged,,,,,
  6. Keep you eye on Trigger, there could be something in the water up there 😂😂😂
  7. Quite aware of that, but your only quoting the obvious ?? and half of what i said,
  8. Could be worth a look that one,
  9. Is that new ? i think there could of been something a long those lines back in the 80s called The Rig ? may be ran for one series, could be a remake of that ?
  10. Really,,, i would like to know how that works ? A good accountant and a business addvisor are worth there weight in gold. some people just need steering in the right direction but wont pay for the right addvise from the right person !!
  11. I feel a remake of Dallas coming here !! 😂😂
  12. Your making it sound like Scottish cleaning is back 😂😂 Your not working undercover here are you 😂😂
  13. £10 an hr you will probably get some one who does about 5-6 trees in the day, smokes about 10 joints and thinks he has had a busy day. I would like to know what saw is provided ? who supplies the fuel n oil ? who supplies PPE ?

  16. Your Track Marshall would of been capable of doing the ploughing your doing with not much bother i would of thought,,, where are the County,s at now all 3 worth a pretty penny today but i would say you did what a lot of others did and traded em for some thing more modern and comfortable just like a guy i work with he traded his 1174 for a heap of trouble Renault...
  17. They did,nt have any Cornflakes, due to a HGV driver shortage which is all down to some bright spark altering the laws on trailer towing in the 90s which is now coming to light, and all boils down to the same old thing, MONEY,
  18. Bollox i have just bought some Rice Krispies 😂😂😂😂
  19. Thats interesting as in a conversation with someone the other day i said diesel dont even smell like diesel used to smell, if you got some one your hands or clothing you could smell it all day and it was still there if you had washed your hands ? today its gone, got a drum of Red in the shed that had water in it and i just use it to wash parts off in and that is still red, filled digger up on Friday with some red i bought the wk before, it has been in a clear drum in a woodland for what 8-10 days and that has changed colour to brown a bit like tea ??.
  20. NO just WD40 and it and wipe with a old rag and thats it, to T Cut it is taking the value and age away from it, A customer has just sprayed a ford 7840 to tidy it up for sale and was not very impressed when i said, you have spent a wk on it and £60 on paint just to devalue it by about 2k, not a happy bunny as when he asked some one else they said if should of been left alone as it was tidy enough and it would of been worth 2-3k more,
  21. Good i am glad to hear that, as there is far to much memrobilia just chucked out these days, and my dad is one of the worst, its not long since i went for some old news papers and just grabbed a hand full, then about 2 wk later in amongst the papers was a BSA A10 workshop manual and a parts list dated 1966 put it up for sale and thank you very much £32 + pp i then tell my dad and he holds his hand out ?? i want me money, you chucked it away in the bin and binmen wont give you owt for it,
  22. I know of several people who would love to own them tins and more so if not opened, they are man cave decorations and very sought after these days, they have a far greater value now than when you purchased them, i had a 1 gallon agri Castrol oil can that i had Creosote in and i chucked it due to corrosion on the bottom as it leaked slightly, later so one for sale at a Auto jumble for £30,, used to use Castrol R40 or Cazzy R as it was better know as in my Fizzy loved the smell of it and still do,
  23. Just watched that and i can see where the difficulties lie, its not for me, but i do like a challange,,,
  24. Eleven plus first, dont be rushing it 😂😂😂
  25. Did move out once. then back again, then out again and so on over a 2 year span but never changed address on licence as by time it was back from DVLA i would of had to do it again,
