  9. You see loads in Cheshire then as you get into Lancashire then they filter out , don't seem to see chestnut a lot in lakes
  10. We did a similar job the other month with a ash over asbestos roof , set pullies up & lifted sections away with grcs & tag lined them away , .

  13. Finished off chestnut today in grave yard , craned off in 2/3 ton pieces then the butt which weighed 7 1/2 ton ) Nice smooth job ,
  14. I know , the grcs is great we tensioned the back limbs to get them round az you know chestnut doesn't turn great .. , the lower sections will have to be lifted carefully the cross is fairly close !! Steady away
  15. Chestnut takedown in chipping , took the brash out today , craning the timber tommorow , )
  16. Great piece of kit , we use it all the time , every climber / groundy that has worked. with us comments how good the grcs is , also it speeds the job up because instead of just lowering you lift limbs over / backward & bring them down where you want them ... )
