  4. There was not 70 million people to feed and people wanting perfect looking vegtables/fruit... and cheap
  5. So if they ban it all together and food prices go up be plenty of people twisting on.. Aldi survives on low prices and there business is booming as people dont want to pay for people to pick it or organic.. Its the reality of life... Torden 22k has just been banned and was the best herbicide for JK if being done on an large scale, been replaced with garlon ultra which does not work as well so more sprayings , so more chemical out there. Whem Mrs Smith house backs onto land with an infestation and she cant sell her house, who she gonna blame!! too many do gooders and hypocrites to be honest....
  6. End of the day you dont have to shop there if you dont wish too... Wish i owned a company thats supposedly on the way down yet still makes a billion in profit!!!
  7. Better on a r6 or ninja, same with honister... too many tourists going at 5 mph as they dont like it, put them back onto the m6 to the south:thumbup:
  8. depends who you work for and what part of the country your in..
  9. So what license did you do? and whats your train weight... one f my lads who is 30 just passed trailer license but is still only allowed 3.5 combined weight.. So pointless when pick up and greenmech are around 5.9t
  10. the a-one look after A1... A19 diiferent rd
  11. Think you will find Marleys currently look after the tree work on m1/m62 and on with A1 widening at the min , then start western by pass in september.. ATM do the maintenance leeds end on the grass cutting... Its all through BMJV or CMSJV on the contracts handed out by the highways agency
  12. Highways agency or colas down your way .. Rail work cleartrack in donny
  13. Try getting a set from network rail.. They are bright orange but have a gortex smock that has no lining and gortex bottoms.. Cost around £230 if you wanted to buy them from there supplier though,,,

  15. jltree

    Which pick up

D Max Blade... Pulls like a train the the safetrak on the back and comfortable... 35 mpg on a run
  16. Just more paperwork for employers... As has been said as an employer i have to offer this and have found that all my employees have declined it. Its easy saying save for your future but when you 25 and trying to get on the property ladder. then that money for pension is needed. Pensions not worth much nowadays. You dont get super annuated or final salary unless your working in goverment and even there s have cut back alot.. Thats why they all keep going on strike!!!! costing me money{teachers}... Better to plough it into a property
  17. your right with the age , but as for climbing . if they can get anywhere near with a mewp then thats the way, or was when i was there
  18. look at what glendale pay or bartletts .. Bartletts pay just over 20 for lead climber and glendale , just a bit more than a paper round.. amey on the lv contract around £8 an hour and also fountains around £8.50... So they are all big companies but can only speak from leeds up to the north... They may pay more in other areas
  19. well if you want to pay me 40 grand a year for being a qualified experienced climber.... Am fairly sure you would not be in business long especially uo north
  20. In what dream world!!!! Perhaps down the south east where you need too as it 200 grand for a bedsit and a fiver a pint but up north where 200 grand gets you a nice detached family home and its 3 quid a pint you wont, but you dont need too.. Its comments like this that put thoughts of grandeur into the heads of the boys put through tickets by the dole who expect to be earning 30 plus grand a year.. Probably the same ones doing the scrap as cant get a job as ask for too much money..
