Just dump the waste your carrying in a pile on the verge and get your head down for the night, in the morning clear a few loads of tyres, gas bottles and asbestos sheets from a local industrial estate in lieu of payment for welding you suspension arm up:thumbup1:, dump the tyres, gas bottles and asbestos in the pile of arb waste on the verge and carry on your way. I see it all the time round here
  6. They were my first thoughts aswell
  7. Bought some secondhand snap on cabinets from a helicopter mechanic, as for Halfords all I can say is their tools are bloody good value just not sure about their other products.
  8. Imagine what would happen if the neighbour read the stunt fell thread or even the arb stilt thread and rang his friends at the HSE its something I feel we should all bear in mind as Im sure we could all be made to look bad by a snooping busy body.
  9. Tell him to go and scrounge a few cardboard tubes from a carpet shop and paint them brown
  10. If a customer had a rather moth eaten tree in a garden they had spent thousand renovating then it may well be for the chop, some off us may see the beauty in standing dead wood or the odd stags head but to most its about as ore inspiring as grey pubes or gap teeth. If in some way the tree could become a feature by carving then far from shortening its life it may well extend it, most are up for retaing trunks as monoliths but why not the whole tree with the inclusion of some well placed and well done carvings. Im sure most of us have heard of people collecting crisps, corn flakes ect.. because they can see faces in them, I recon a tree could be exactly the same.

  18. Hi all just sitting at the laptop with a dull ache in my right shoulder and a stabbing paine in my left elbow Im 35 now and been climbing for 11 years, Im sure my shoulder will be the reason for a change in occupation, just wondered if any of you guys have any idea of which body part is going to give out and end your climbing days.
  19. Roaming the streets looking for hedge porn! I've heard it all now
  20. Just because a person works it does'nt mean they cant play and people that earn money have far more respect for than people used to be handed it on a plate. Half the problems with the younger generation is they feel life should all be play and money should be handed to them on a plate Let the lad work and as part payment if he does well spend a day doing what he wants to do, Good bonding time done right Or do what Skyhuck and Mr Blair say and bung him a tenner and let him roam the streets
  21. If you give kids kids jobs then dont expect them to work like men. Get him on the tools and give the lad a chance, most things can be stitched back on or glued nowadays
  22. IMO its a good excuse to have a party
