  11. Owning a firm and having staff I must say that the thought of being able to start the week skint with no tools and only the clothes I stood in to end the week with 500 quid in my pocket is very appealing.

Hi Hodge your asking atleast 2 questions one of which is when a felling licence is required so this link might help Forestry Commission - Felling Licences The other question I see is regarding the lands classification in the eyes of the planning department which can be answered by a quick call to your local planning dept. Hope this helps a wee bit
