Im getting my rope wrench soon from fr jones cant wait for it to get here now.Anyway I was just wondering about anchor knots that are used and how to change work positions in the tree any pics would be great if it has been covered can you re direct me cheers:blushing:

yeah a few bits out of place is better. than half lop and half reduction looked like a hard climb -

Hi I use tree motion with petzl grillon second line and marlow aris hc setup with beeline I use petzl ball lock karabiners.

about the red loop thing I made an mistake cliping the saw their im happy that it snaped otherwise it would have been my back out for a week I love the Tree motion .Lesson learned

I love the knut its very secure like the distel I am climbing on marlow aeris with beeline it works well .I am going to try op on it as I have some spare.

Im 30 and have climbed for 10 years and will climb for another 20 years if all is well I have recently changed my diet and climbing setup so this should help.

I have tried both and find the lockjack the best it works great with the rope wrench

Went to the rec climb in duxford and had a go on srt and loved it just wondered if anyone has used the rope wrench with the grillon.
