  8. Theres a chap near me who just chips into his hilux pickup, I can't think of any thing I would want to do less that shovel chip out of the truck at the end of the day, I'm lazy I resent having to get out the cab to press the tip button
  9. I thought the power felt slightly up, almost got 65 out of the transit as apose to the usual top speed of 60, I got to banbury fine in the ranger but when I got home and had to nip out a few hours later it was running very lumpy for the first 5 mins

  12. I have to get red from the pump at my local tractor dealer I don't use enough to warrant getting a bowser. I might top the tank up with normal fuel in the morning then. a chap in Peterborough our shoot captain organised it between a few of us we bought 2k's worth

  16. No not really you can use as big equipement as you like, Chainsaw - Bow saw Really Big chipper - little chipper or smashy with a saw or burn Forwarder - Hand-ball timber and bad back Personally I like big Tonka toys, and like shinnny new kit

Just picked up 200litres of Bio Diesel, not the stuff with chips still floating in it but the refined stuff at 90p a litre, seeing as I just paid 89p a litre for Red for the chipper this stuff seems a bargain. Just put 50 litres in the 53 plate transit so far so good, not dared put it in the ranger yet in case it messes up two vehicles. Whats other peoples experiences? Is it true about it eating fuel pumps, pipes and seals? Thanks James

  19. I did the course I thought it weren't to bad, there was tea and biscuits, and the guy running it was friendly and knowledgeable. I would't choose to do it but its better than points

  23. Although name and shame is naughty which ones on there are said blades, a shatter sounds nasty, I know someone on here posted photos of what happend when there chipper threw its guts up through the spout looked bad
