If I was still doing logs, I would stay well away from bags. They stretch a lot. I would only use Ibc's, spud boxes and the like.

You could do the same as someone did around here a few years ago. Rent a barn/shed off a local fella, fill it with old tyres then all of a sudden.....The whole place goes up in flames.

Just out of interest, what is the coal allowance for a wife or family member of an ex miner these days? I was amazed when speaking to my aunt a little while ago. She has converted her, (my late uncles) coal allowance into a cash payment.

Where would I have stored tractor and processor?..... I wouldn't think Mrs Egg would be pleased if I parked them on the drive every evening. By the way it was nothing like luxury. 'twas cheap mind.
