  1. Tom, I know exactly who you are, I've worked on the same site as you. If you don't come out of Henry I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
  2. I don't use an alias, I've been called Egg for years. mtt.tr on the other hand? How many people call you and address you as your alias?
  3. It's a scooter, it's quite easy to see how you could be misled.
  4. Very good of you. The North Suffolk/South Norfolk road network is probably the worst in the country, good luck. What happened to keeping things on topic?
  5. Lost is probably where you will stay, we are neighbours. There is a ready market here in Suffolk for your arisings, never mind.
  6. it's your call this time David, I know who I'd trust and believe.
  7. I've only lived here, right on the border with Essex for 20-odd years.
  8. Well edited. Geographically it doesn't work, I'm sure you realise Sudbury isn't in Essex. Shame really, I could probably throw a tennis ball from my place.
  9. A bit rich coming from someone that states his location as Essex/Sudbury, which county? All threads drift, this one is 7 pages long, we know Wayne's got a new chipper that he's 95% happy with it, a few teething problems that sound like Pete, Jase, and I'm sure others are looking into. When there was things like pubs did you stick to the original point being made or did you make conversation as it flowed?
  10. Fair play, I'll read it when it's available. How did you make him the richest man in Paisley?
  11. Tell me more.
  12. I can just imagine @Joe Newton crying in his beer over this thread🙄
  13. Paddy, you couldn't offend me if you tried. I'll have my say, and throw my hands in if I'm wrong. Who said you offended anyone?
  14. Common denominator, anyone?
  15. Is that ol' boyo from somewhere on some hill?
  16. Normally go back upto the Midlands to see my brothers and their families but it's lockdown central and my SiL's a type1 diabetic so I'm staying here, our middle kid (brother) will be on his way as soon as he parks is truck tommorow, and a mate whose parked here are having Christmas dinner in my truck. I might have a small glass of port to celebrate.
  17. That may be true, but I could post a picture of my iPad.
  18. ... yet after all this time I still can't manage to work out how to add pictures of my milled timber.
  19. We came up the M11 out of the smoke today and even at 60-65MPH the wipers on full tilt wouldn't clear the screen, one motor had aquaplaned straight into the Armco.
  20. Not me if you are charging in 6 minute increments.
  21. Just the very man, I'm sure you could draft an email to get a definitive answer.
  22. To keep it arb related, not that it matters, can someone email their insurance company and ask the question. Perhaps Paddy could word the email, that way if the reply comes back has I expect it to there can be no argument.
  23. Read the very last sentence under Labour Only Subcontractor. If it won't be valid it seems pointless having it. Covering Contractors Under Employers’ Liability Insurance WWW.TOWERGATEINSURANCE.CO.UK As an employer you will need employers’ liability insurance. Read how to ensure your policy covers all workers that...
  24. If it does happen I'm sure you won't mind posting a viable link to a case where it has happened that specifically mentions freelancers.
  25. gobby, is that a 20', or a 40'? You wouldn't find a good 20' around here for a grand, well maybe but not much less, and we are right under the 'flight path' from Felixstowe docks.
