  1. Just tried the mackerel omelette, had to really force it down tbh. It's a bit odd as i like all the ingredients individually but combined at 6am doesn't work for me, going to skip the fish next time and have it as a snack as I normally do.
  2. Did they report it to the police? You should get them to put a sign up asking if anyone saw any thing, then get the local media involved with a warning saying it was left due to the poisonous resin and toxic smoke when burnt.
  3. Not literally mad btw
  4. I've failed so far but the next grocery shop's going to have this in mind, it's the bread I'm going to miss the most even though it makes me so lethargic. Is this the same as the Atkins diet that people went mad on several years ago?
  5. Ah yes Diazepam is prescribed to help you sleep i think, glad to hear its easing, mine was awful for a couple of days but it slowly relaxed and I now always keep cuprofen to hand for when it flares up
  6. Did I give an address when I registered ? If so it's changed.
  7. Did you get it sorted ? My neck seized up in me a few years ago, it was a muscle that went from my shoulder and up the neck, I went to hospital and was given a ibuprofen prescription which sorted it after a few days but it still flares up 2 or 3 times a year. I thought diazepam was for anxiety and the likes, not a pain killer.
  8. Crikey this diets a cracker if it a cure for alcoholism too:thumbup1: So my fav weekend brekkie of fried onion, garlic and tomato's topped off with fried eggs then heavily seasoned with chilli flakes and black pepper is ok then ? Just got to cut out the salt and the toast to mop up all the slodge with.
  9. Give up beer, ha ha that's me out.
  10. right, will give it a go see how I get on, tea and coffee not a prob for me as I've switched to chamomile and fruit tea any way, the cranberry and blood orange ones great.
  11. How does it work out Price wise ? I always find eating healthily hits me in the pocket as I need to refuel so frequently.
  12. So how long will that keep you going for?
  13. So whats the easiest way to sort a quick breakfast ? At the moment I either stuff a quick bowl of cereal or porridge down my neck at 6 or wait a bit for the cafe overloaded sarnie, I cant see myself getting up any earlier to make omelette's or even fancy eating that early.
  14. Don't see allot of aspen round my way so having googled it still going with cherry, gonna stick my neck out and gonna say just a woodland grown moss covered avium that's not 30m.
  15. Cherry?
  16. All looking like the same thing and prob the right thing.. Ta
  17. Ok. Still time. Ta
  18. Prob saved yourself £120 odd there, can't remember what I paid for a Citroen key once but it was a fair old chunk of the cars value.
  19. When's the cut off for buying tickets ?
  20. Never heard that before, have always just bowled up and payed its not like we're regular either 2 or 3 times a year.
  21. River lane Fetcham Is nearest I know, not sure if it's open
  22. Yep, it was a halifax but apparently he flew the french resistance about too and it looks a tad bulky for that sort of mission to me, would like to have met him, seems a shame so many details of our history will be lost over time.
  23. Apparently he didn't talk about it much, but they have mentioned that he helped with the french resistance so that fits in with the lysanders you mention. My knowledge of ww2 is minimal and even though I never met him I do feel proud of the connection.
  24. My partners grandad flew this bad boy and has a few medals to show for it, one of my grandparents was in communications and the other was in dad's army so not so heroic unfortunately
