  1. It is the same truck differenr badge I think id take the ssangyong over the nissan after seeing the snapped chassis group on fb and how nissan cs is treating some people Tbh i think the best option is the best condition 2000_2005 truck and spend the rest restoring it None of the modern trucks seem to be built very well the body work is so thin it bend when you lean on it on every modern truck ive been near
  2. Id be more concerned about the hyrualic oil spray with a pipe burst than where it drops if the crane is in front of operator boom falling shouldnt be a problem as nowone should be near inadvertently swinging a tree into you is one problem but a face full of hydraulic oil without a proper cab would be quite painful there are certain rules about rhis not sure what they are but know you never get high pressure lines inside a cab dont know how it works with cabless min diggers but no doubt it is thought about
  3. It should do its how to make a hydraulic ram float to a certain extent Someone may correct me as not sure about slew systems but im pretty sure it would work especially as both sides will be same capacity wheras each end of a ram has a different capacity
  4. Surely just a tap between the two sides of the slew control closed when in work open when in transport
  5. High tensile wood screws that are vvery long and very strong just go straight through the 2 beams
  6. I spent 6 months out there working for an ag contractor so a bit different But my experience was queenstown is expensive for literally everything its just a tourist hotspot Dunedin was the most like and english town that i visited and think that would be a reasonable place to start Where i worked all the kids went to boarding school at 11 ish as there was no schools for hours Our nearest places where omaru and timaru to get anything bar food and necessities Another place thats reletivly large is Ashburton I was in a town called omarama and it was a shock to the system just how little there was there
  7. I built a single pitch shed like you have described 8 ft by 70 ft though was all mismatch leftovers from a timber yard did it with 2 people though so was easy but no joints just put the whole thing together with timberlocks some i think where 18 inch very quick though not neat but easy Just need an impact wrench and some big g clamps Depending on the size you intend to use i doubt there is much real need for any timber that isnt easily moved by hand just build the two ends lying down put a diagonal support going in the air pull it upright and it will sit on this support do the other end the screw together for sumplest solution Or if you want really nice could look at mortice and tennon joints can be done with a drill and chisel easy enough
  8. I did that befofore but the petrol melted the plastic so it only lasted a couple of minutes
  9. Check the jenz website

  15. You can legally own amy weapon in the uk providing you can provide the home secretary with a valid reason for ownership This is usually only arms dealers Armourers and museums but if you had a reason for it to be in your possesion you could own an intercontinental balistic missile launcher and missile but i highly doubt anyone has a good enough excuse to apease the government
