  7. Yep solenoid body is the earth. Could try jubilee clip or solder (carefully in case damage coil inside) a wire to the body and straight to earth

  12. Used the larger sirius last week on a stein bollard, seemed to get a lot of twists and kinks in it, oyher than that good rope. My 16mm marlow does this as well PITA, but 19mm samson double braid does not.

    Aye they can shift when not sleeping or eating. See it, chase it, catch it, eat it. Job done Finn nice looking dog. Ours are cross with english mastiff.
