  1. This one is for sale now, 8 months old, 100hrs at £18K.
  2. Yes I think was as you say, just not checked before the demo, the drum chippers love Leyllandi and this is what most are sold to process.
  3. I'm not sure what went wrong on this demo but he did call to say it wasn't chipping well, my suggestion was ask for a second demo. It couldn't be more than dull knives or anvil adjustment. I think that 99% of demos in Ireland have resulted in sales over the last couple of years so it's a shame when it goes wrong but it happens. The 990 what was demo'd is the best seller there also.
  4. Was this demo in Ireland by any chance?
  5. Dare I ask why a company can keep getting this wrong if they have done it so many times before?
  6. The Bandit 90xp is approx 2.1 tonnes & we have a new one for demo if you wish, it will easily out chip everything on the list, out last everything & all Bandit machines are a doddle to maintain. Well within your budget even with a full winch kit, 9.5"x17" opening. I can even offer a 12" machine in that budget, give me a shout.
  7. Yellow, Green, Alert Orange, CAT Yellow, Black & White.
  8. Surprised there's not more comments considering how many are out there, again horses for courses but still after Eight years this is our best seller. The HB20N is still not a like for like grinder with anything else, it is the narrowest grinder at 25" & has the dual wheels as std which are usually only removed for access. Both wheels are driven hydraulically with a motor on each wheel giving a great deal of torque, this drive is also proportional with no delay fitted any longer. The grinder has hydraulically braked motors not a manual brake. Teeth are £7 each opposed to £10, 2yr engine warranty & 5yr build warranty, choice of 6 colours as std or your own company colours, we carry out demo's FOC anywhere in the UK, price includes delivery & install, spare teeth supplied. We now run Ten mobile engineers to back up our product with One million worth of parts stock so we are in it for the long haul, to boot our machines have a strong residual value & are notoriously difficult to break. I delivered Two last week, sold one this week & I will deliver Two next week after the show, we average between One & Two a week all year every year but the prices are rising from Bandit. They could be made cheaper but they wouldn't be the same machine. Lastly I would like to thank you for listening to my dribble.👏
  9. The B13-90 is 30" width which is a little wider than the other two but this is reflected in the swing arc where the JB is the biggest at 36". The cutting depth is also double so as with most grinders it's swings and roundabouts. I have one machine left in stock which is on our show stand at Lamma, I can offer a good price on this.
  10. Exactly that, the Knott chassis is already approved so it saves time & money for everyone.
  11. The older were lighter because of an air cooled engine, now they are water cooled with the canopy, more options, wider infeeds etc. Most weighed 1900-2000kgs.
  12. The 90 is 2100-2200kgs The 990 is 2700 on twin axle or 2850 on Knott chassis.
  13. Bargain, below £30k with no winch. The 90 is a 9" also with a 17" opening.
  14. Did he buy it, Uncle Dean was on the job. 12" drum mate but with a 17" opening, having a winch kit fitted also.
  15. Demo day today with the 990HD, easy life.
  16. Nice straight forward demo today with the Bandit 2550T
  17. I posted of Two for sale last week on here, someone else posted looking also.
  18. My mrs brought me a general good all round set for Xmas, they are Hawke with a 10yr warranty. Think they are 10x50 or 8x 40? Good, lightweight, carry case etc, think they were approx £150.
  19. The Bandit biomass chipper doing its thing.
  20. Tell me about it we just purchased Three, lovely inside and full of goodies now but the shape......
  21. Now that was funny.
  22. I'd rather gauge my eyes out with a spoon lol.
  23. I know of a couple if you hadn't got sorted, a WP30TR with 2.2mtr conveyor and a WP36TR with 4 MTE folding conveyor. Let me know if these are of interest.
  24. Have you considered the Farmi CH381?
