1. I discussed this option with Bandit once before but they were not interested at the time, looking this week they have a lot in R&D. It shouldn't be to difficult seeing as they already make Two different mulching heads.
2. They were good, done over 400hrs on the same teeth.
3. Later we tried out the new 2250R grinder which is 25hp petrol, now fitted with operator awareness, 29" width & low centre of gravity. Last but not least the 2650T, 61hp or 74hp, variable tracks, radio remote, dozer blade & revolution wheel.
4. We had a go at mulching with the Bandit 72FM (6ft) mulching head which will fit any skidsteer.
5. Well been at Bandit headquarters for a few days this week & lots to see, I know you all like photos. First we had a demo of the 2590track, 765hp, fully radio remote, 40 metre chip throw, good fun.
6. He's pulling my plonker....I hope
7. http://farmiforest.fi/products/cranes/ Have a look here to see if there is anything of use and let me know.
8. We have repaired a lot of 750 Contractors, on some the hoppers have cracks3-5mm wide, bonnets, catches, exhausts, One an axle fell off. Bandit once made a sub 750kg for our market, it was not a success and never to be repeated. They are what they are.
9. It is the CH381HFC which basically means it has the conveyor feed which is optional, the opening is 381x420. The chipper has its own hydraulic system meaning the tractor hydraulics are only used for the discharge and folding for transport. It's classed as a 15" capacity, it was fitted on a 400hp Fendt which at tick over in 540rpm will munch 12" logs with no autofeed. It's a big lump at just over 2 tonnes with the chip disc being just under 1.5 MTE diameter.
10. Haven't tried that yet I'll report back, what I do like is the amount of options available that we couldn't currently offer. They have different pans for mechanical feed, crane feed etc, conveyor feed, different discharge chutes, twig breakers, sliver breakers, 2 & 3 knife discs & all the knives are adjustable for chip size, radio remote. Our current pto chippers chip brilliantly but there were no options apart from the capacity.
11. The Farmi I just sold had won the customer a massive contract for boiler fuel, it was the only machine that could produce the chip required. I have also heard the main reason for poor chip quality is not being set up correctly.
12. Hi John, yes we are now Farmi dealers also, we did our training with the CH260 which was impressive. Just sold the CH381HFC which is a right tool, any Farmi requirements give me a shout.
13. Give me a shout if you want a quote for a 260, I'm doing Three quotes tomorrow so Four won't be no bother.
14. A visit to the Jo Beau factory in Belgium last week was very interesting, saw a few different versions of the range & sampled a few beers of course.
15.
Steve can you contact Joe Newton, the couriers are having trouble with his address, get him to contact me if you wish.07730000498.

18. My latest delivery Saturday morning, customer cleared over 70 stumps on his first day.
19. I'm sure I heard last week that this has the highest viewing figures of any programme.
20. Did you look at any of the chippers on your list?

22. Just taken a look back at when this thread started as a link from another thread directed me there, Fletcher Stewart parting company with Jo Beau because of price hikes. After them Vermeer UK & then to ourselves, in the first year it was a struggle getting back on the map but with no price rise this helped. In the second year a considerable price drop to further help us establish our place back in the market, this year you will be pleased to know there are no price increases, in fact some models have dropped marginally. With this help from Jo Beau I do believe we now have piece of the cake again.
23.
Hi Stephen, just to let you know I am processing your raffle prize and it will be with you shortly. Dean
