  1. thought you were going to say 'its only got half a load in it'..
  2. i have hired in loads of different machines but my tw190 beats them all, im well happy with it, could do with a removable tracked chassis to make it perfect..
  3. without the logs on board they would have been swept away.. wonder if that would work with vosa?
  4. we like making as much noise as poss too, when the neighbours kids started yelling because chipper was ticking over after a bladechange i turned it up full rpm for 20mins haha, we had a vicar come out screaming when logging up for 4hrs with ms460.. he was soo mad, all red in the face.
  5. by economy chapter 8 kit do you mean one mini roadcone without the sleeve? 2450kg
  6. just over the hill the villages of thongsbridge, netherthong & upperthong.. well every part of a thong really..
  7. whoa careful, your avatar is alight.. do you mean charging them for splitting the wood as well? i usually suggest i take away all the wood and then sell them some lovely seasoned wood instead..
  8. not a bad reflection, you dont use them £5 hand job forecourts then?
  9. only just read this thread, was thinking a santander was a lizard haha, i hate going into banks, supermarkets or even the town centre because you are expected to follow the dress code.. was in scotland a couple of months ago shopping for whiskey with my bro, we had just raced the dogs down the hill in 3ft snow and was a right state, the first whiskey shop suggested we went to the supermarket, then we found a decent shop and my bro spent £350 on a bottle with excellent service.. we did consider snowballing the guy in the first shop:thumbup:
  10. extend the exhaust into a box full of roofing fluff, its heatproof and lets air through:thumbup1:
  11. i have a beech stem to remove in the next 2wks, its 6ft diameter and about 8ft long before it splits into two stems, would this be any good for milling? if not im turning the lot into firewood..
  12. cross dyke lane, never seen any angry lesbians there though, (halifax)
  13. any chance of an unloaded pic? just want to see difference in ride height..
  14. think your bro went overkill on that one.. we use 1mm drillbits heated up so hopefully sterilised and carefully drill just through the nail to relieve the pressure.
  15. is the air filter clear? a blocked air filter means less air going in with the same amount of fuel, thats a rich mix to breathe in, blast it out with airline from inside with your eyes shut or wearing goggles.. might be worth cleaning the excess gunk off the plug too before you re-start it, wire brush and hold it in pliers over a flame.. Ed.
  16. last time my paintwork was scratched by grass it was on its side on the motorway verge (not my fault). come on rob we need more piccies:thumbup:
  17. so you have been a DJ and can play tetris.. but can you pretend to be a brickie?
  18. i have a friend local to me who will propagate just about any tree for me for the love of doing it, usually in batches of seed trays, can you find someone near you who is greenfingered enough to help..?
  19. doesnt the winchrope need to be kept tight onto the drum? as in loaded under slight tension, i'd fit it then do some winching to see what the stretch is like, if you are happy with it you need a winch cover for the rays man.. oh and a polished fairlead instead of the rollers i think..
  20. i'll have you know it was very comfy in the back of the landy, of course the beer helped me sleep:thumbup: and i had an axe to guard me from frollicking arbs and trolls..
  21. after the unfortunate demise of the last bungee it was set that we only start a saw with sawstrop on the ground after clipping it to belt loop, they swing into chain too easy..
  22. have a look at []YouTube - SHREKSWEEBROTHER's Channel, i cant tell what they are saying but they try hard..
  23. open yer gob.. who shouted timber? not like the council lads who shout tim.. and go for a break:thumbup1:
