  1. used axes for years, even got a few mates round bribed with beers and the 'lets drink and split wood till someone loses a toe -challenge'.. now i have a pile of broken axes, a yard full of wood and a nice splitter on order:thumbup:
  2. stop halfway through and stick a twig or two in yer cut:thumbup: get them in right and you can use them as rollers instead of lifting it off, helps when you are chogging down big rings..

  4. sweet v8, gotta love the discos:thumbup:, had to laugh at your rear light misfortune- i was unloading logs in the yard tonight when i noticed i had a tail light out, a minute later a log bounced back and wiped out the working tail light lens/bulb/holder:blushing:.. so glad the tail lights on the chipper were working for the way home..

  12. 'how often do you come?' meaning- when will you return to re-trim the hedge?.. 'can you trim my bush?' usually followed by my enquiring if its the one at the front or rear.. all the rest are definitely not unintentional..
  13. whats the carving? looks like a couple of race cars on a truck/trailer out of fallen log? or are my eyes going funny?
  14. is that a bit similar to my idea of building a replica chipper filled with explosives..
