3. Nice work chaps. What colour orange/red paint did you use. Mine was an ex eon truck but was wrapped then unwrapped and the lacquer came off so was sprayed again (mainly red but orance in places). Looking for another truck so be nice to get them all the same colour.
4. Cool thanks. I don't fancy the cut it down option
5. I think it looks impressive if not a bit scary-kind of looks like it will do you harm! I've sprayed small areas in the past but looked a big block of it yesterday. Steep river bank under trees probably 150m x30m and stacked full of giant hogweed in full flower and 12' high. Interested to hear opinions on management, I was thinking just spray footpath this year and then get on it early next year when its not as high. Spray with glyphoste and then try and reseed? Thanks
6. Cheers, yeah everything has got a lock on now!
7. If its not too horrendous we have regraded paths with rotovator/grader(with teeth) and roller behind alpine or as others said get digger in
8. Sorry didnt rotate the pics!
9. Couple of blinding bits of ivy servering we found today!
10. We had a stilh fs410 knicked of roof of landy last week near Oxford. End of the day, down a dead end lane but still in village. I chucked back on the roof but didn't lock it and then headed of for a bit of mowing. Can't have been away for more than an hour. My only consolation is that is was playing up a bit so hopefully it will break on whoever has it!
11. I second tree kit. Really good course
12.
Hi we are based near Oxford and can supply guys for mowing (alpine and flail and pedestrian) and brushcutting. Thanks Kav 07703192775 or [email protected]

13. I'm in the market for new machines too. Been running Stihl 410's. Lovely to use new but don't seem to last (fairly heavy clearance works to be fair). Seem to fail on captive screw that holds the handle to AV bit of shaft and cost £60 to replace!! I was looking at husky but echo might be a good shout. I always run stihl so we can put on shredder blades but if I can find one that fits I may well change.
14. Would have been better if i rotated pic!!
15. Found this growing in broken down pipe!
16. I'd go subtle with the paint job
17. Evening! Bit short notice, we are doing a job for a mate in wimbledon tomorrow and could do with a chip tip site. Prob 1 max 2 landrover loads. Happy to part with a bit of cash if needed. Cheers Kav 07703192775
18. What i ment was I am on the look out for a u1600 and if anyone can help that would be great thank you
19. Does anyone know of a tidy U1600 (or similar) for sale? Cheers
20. Sorry for the slight derail. I run a countyside management company- woodland, rights of way maintenance etc plus some tree care. I am looking for a suitable industry accreditation scheme. Could any one suggest anything please
21. Evening. I seem to have spent more time than I'd rather winching myself and others out over the last few months. As a result my winch cable is looking a bit ropey (sorry for the pun!) I'm thinking of replacing it with rope instead of wire. I'd welcome people thoughts on what to go with. Cheers
22. Sorry I should have posted. They have now gone. Thanks Kav
23. Good morning! We would be interested in hearing from subcontractors looking for scrub clearance and forestry work. Thanks Kav 07703192775 [email protected]
