  1. I got to that stage after a couple of years. Just doing bits now and again and trying things. Nick I couldn't really explain much. I save all psd files if your interested in a couple? I tended to base my images with other stocks and then add scatter brushes and duplicate layers a lot and use mixed filters to give different effects. Worked well a lot of the time There are tutorial sites knocking around. Try graphics forums as they have some awesome ones there and will help to inspire.
  2. its going good, it seems like things are going click now and im understanding things a lot quicker.

ill get a few taken tomorrow for you, its a 3m steel container, it used to be a generator housing so its got a vent in the roof and two at the side, never get a problem with condensation or ventilation so i can use heaters in there while im in there.

Ill post it and then theres no guesswork, ill sort it this week, will probably be tomorrow afternoon if not thursday. ill send it as cheap as possible!

  3. Is anybody a secret or not so secret photoshopper? i know a few of us on here use it. i used to be an active gamer, and used to do forum signature designs, mainly for myself. I was pleased with some of the results i could get. Ill stick some up! i did a few desktop wallpapers too which i tended to do in college when i was doing busines and being bored out my mind! some of these took literally hours to do, some even a couple of days work to get them right. image 29, looks like a sketch which says rainford, i drew that and then took a photo! my favourite is the 3rd from last, which says throw yourself in. its also one of my latest
  4. Hey Liam, going good, works finally picking back up so its all good up this end. Hows college?

Ill do you the lot for £20 plus postage, ill post them then tell you the postage cost as i cant guess it.

  6. i was under the impression that for 5 hours or more worked its n hours break? although i manage with up to half an hour depending if its a big job or none if its small. Ive worked 6 hours without a stop on many occaision.
  7. the larger bottomed spikes are these 1122 664 0506 Bumper spike inner 1122 664 0501 Bumper spike outer the stihl exploded manuals are great!
  8. wigan is less than a half hour from me, id be happy with the odd days cash if you ever needed a hand. id agree a day rate as thats a bit easier for myself to work out.
  9. i work from first light till dark, giving me 8 hour days for the past month or two, then i just stop at 6 in the summer if im still going by then. But im always thinking about it, what do i need to sort, who do i need to phone etc.
  10. Hey Liam

i think you could find more use in that big shackle if you want it?

    Cheers

  11. liam those spikes are available as apart on the 660 too, there are 3 types, arctic, magnum and standard models, the magnum and arctic have the bigger bottom spike
  12. numbers 1122 664 0505 Bumper spike on the inside 1122 664 0500 Bumper spike outside youll need the two mounting bolts aswell for the outside 9008 319 0960 Hexagon head screw M5x12 9214 320 0700 Lock nut M5 that should see you right. they arent expensive
  13. you will find that a matching set will match. Ill find you a part number for them, if you noticed my thread on just a bit of fun, i put the 660 dogs on my 260, all the pro saws have the same side casing and the dawgs are all the same measurements, so all fit between each other.
  14. a nice looking stick matt! odd to see that on holly. We have mass of honeysuckle here and its constricted a chestnut in a lot of areas, leaving markings just like that but a lot deeper!
  15. or that. The muffler was confusing me. the dogs off the 660 will fit, are they a matching pair or are they the original 460 one and odd one from another saw?
  16. look for the set of the 660 arctic, they stick out more, might be slightly more on the outside then, but see, is that a 660 in the pic?
  17. the untidyness of your work bench makes me twitch haha. Great job on that, id love to be able to weld and stuff like that, never had the opportunity to have to weld, my dad does like to bodge things up though! True farmer style!
  18. It's good. We have the Athens system which allows us to a lot of scientific papers and the BS institute so I can get free copies of the relevant BS standards. I do like to do my own reading and am willing to dive into both these monsters!
  19. Ive just got these two off amazon, wanted the fungal strategies for a while but decided to take the plunge with it at £37. The other book seems a good one, covers a good range of subjects and for less than £60! 20. i would go for some stihl hiflex type C if you want a decent pair of pants, thats my personal preference but others will say different. They are good all rounders. cant comment on the airpower golds but i have the meindl airstream boots which are crackers!
  21. hi mark ill be having the logs, there is a greenwaste site that will deal with my arisings on the way home. Thanks
  22. I would like to do it myself but due to it being over a garage I'll do that another time. I thought it would be better to get someone with a bit more knowledge on it with me. Plus I'll learn something too. Dont need a chipper. It will fit in our ifor trailer. Had a lot in it previously. This won't even be a half load!
  23. It is indeed. Finally got it to come through. Here's an image of the tree for treequip
  24. I'll have a couple! What message should we get on it?
  25. The kit would be a harness split tail or prussic and a few carabiners. Then with a cutaway strap for a harness to harness connection. It would be basic kit. It would be for if I had a guy on the ground who could climb but has no kit either with him or at all. It's an idea I've thought about and I'll try and keep to it. Needs funding first though!
