  1. OK its got feathers and fly's, now on the other issue LEAVE YOUR MUM ALONE, If mum doesn't wont to know about the net thats fine by me, I wish the net, the mobile phone, the computer, EU , new cars, processed food, H&S , eBAY , and a lot of other things were never invented, I am actually on purpose trying not to use my mobile as often, and I almost never text, how about that. ps did you sort the gas pipe? on another issue, i don't know how to PM or post photos on here, how slow am I
  2. You are correct, if any underground services are damaged and they were not correctly installed in accordance with NJUG10 or which ever governing body's recommendations, you should not be held accountable for any damages that have occurred, you could even submit a claim for damages to your grinder or any other expenses incurred as a result of compromising the incorrectly installed under ground services . Hold your hands in the air and ask them what your fine will be for damaging there services and they will present you with a bill. But if there services were laid correctly to the specifications as they are duty bound to install them by it is very unlikely your grinder would come any where near them. My copy of the document is in the barn but if you need to know I will look it up tomorrow. and reference quote.
  3. OK, you have obviously been in this industry for some time and know your target area well and have a very detailed understanding of your competition, you have gone into great detail to explain the market differences in your products and the products to which your competitor is aiming to sell, in spite of your clarification your competitor has continued to object in a most unprofessional way and threatened to willfully damage your machinery at great cost to your self, my advice is to inform him that you are in a position to execute a Ritual (Gypsy curse) and that if his threatening behavior continues to persist you will exercise your supernatural powers through the aid of an evil wood spirit (Chalara fraxinea) to resolve the issue. Hope that helps
  4. Hay ,what time did you leave the pub today ? you know, the drink drive thing ? and did you get my email regarding my film offer ? I'v had it with the porn industry , and its all over now with me and Bridget , why can't those producers just move on. Get some sleep and drive safely.
  5. Tom, isn't it about time you left for Scotland to pick up that chair that your dad bought off Ebay
  6. Have you tried Bernard's CTC, he's got some great clippers
  7. Winging aside, Tony is genuine in his concerns, 12' or 12m's I know what its supposed to be, for me as long as some one can do it off the ground I'm reassured, if i'm ever in trouble up a tree and the chap or chape,s did not respond accordingly it would not be of a concern to the groundy what happened to me but what would happen on the ground once i got a hold of them, if i have checked that they have the ticket , and paid a premium for that reassurance, then they had better well be able to help me out in double quick time or the ambulance would not just be for me, and i talk with some experience of chainsaw cuts . But going back to THE BIG PROBLEM , colleges no longer have the one to one time to spend with students, at level 1 to level 2 its all about bums on seats, number crunching, and pulling in and pushing out as many students as possible, being a mature student my self (2005 onwards) i have witnessed this first hand. Processed cheese comes to mind and Tony has raised a good issue, its only in a real situation when a persons true ability shows.
  8. I'v just fitted the toothed keeper blocks teeth and a combination of narrow and standard cutting teeth, always keep the two main cutters as new as possible, its also really good at plunging straight down into roots and wood. I have toy'd with the idea of changing the wheel to fit 900 series green teeth as they were on another grinder but so far i'm really pleased with this current configuration.
  9. Sadly, its all coming back to me now, i used to keep them as a boy started of with one Anglow newbean ( god knows how that should be spelt and i think that was what they were called, with drupy ears) long story short, it came into season , me and my dad took it in the back of are car !!! to visit the billy in the next village, I'd never, never seen any thing like it, billy was twice as big and must of smell us coming, as we pulled into the farm yard billy broke out and was going nuts, we let the goat out and they were straight at it, never seen anything like it, when they finished, and it didn't take long, we took her back in the car, she was a very sticky
  10. I don't like there prawns , I think they glaze them, its Tesco for me and normally on a Friday.
  11. Isn't it a sign when there tails start wagging or twitching a lot.
  12. They don't smell if they have been castrated and if you can keep them on clean bedding even better. Great pets, and great milk, really good for you especially if you have elegies .
  13. Hi Tony, yet another story from from my life, this time about spuds, In the last years of my time as a royal, I was a groom , looked after the adjutants horse, and gave ridding lessons to wifes and navy personal, I also at that time lived in one of those new town Lego type houses, you know the sort , front and back manicured lawns, and there were restrictions on the height of shrubs and on planting any trees, it was not allowed, tree planting that is, but no where did it say anything about spuds. I rotorvat'd my front and back gardens ,completely , and planted out with rows of spuds, also collected rain in tubs and stewed with nettles as a feed for my other veg. Most of the produce was out of this world but i did make the mistake of laying horse manure (fresh) with the spuds, as a result ended up with lots of worm activity which spoiled the crop. I plan to do veg again this year. You learn from your mistakes. We used to give Buet to the horses as well but we didn't eat them, at least not knowingly .
  14. Big and powerful is great, but on the domestic circuit its all about getting in tight places, Predator 26/28 seems to have had a bit of stick here, but I still think its the best all round grinder on the market, owner operator that is. I still make a lot of money from mine, keep them well maintained and the teeth sharp , if it was to grind any quicker I'd have to slow up a bit just so the client dosn't think I'm making too much money mine stands me at an average turnover £166.60 per running hr on the clock, just did my sums I don't want anyone to rant or rave, I'm happy with those £s per hr.
  15. Mine is a Rayburn 600 series and it copes fine , Christmas day can be a test.
  16. What ever you think you would like in terms of cooking on wood try and go for bigger, backboiler is a must and the more pans you can get on the better, you will still be burning the same amount of wood, i'v been living cooking , heating, on wood now for a few years, best thing i ever did although the wife still can't cook much on it , but then she never could anyway I love my stove. timber quality is what makes the stove work best. Know your wood and how it performs . species is everything followed by moisture content.
  17. I think Amanda may even be a member, and welcome to the forum,
  18. Hi Tom, you should just drop your chipper in at Landpower machinery at Templecombe, Somerset, I know its not Devon but worth the drive and they could even loan/hire you a newer one while yours is in, very fair on repair costs and the chaps who get dirty really know there stuff and the chippers. Amanda is who you need to call and despite being not a man she's really helpful , knows her stuff and is good and fair to deal with. 01963370654 She may even do a px. against a newer one.
  19. Blake, really simple, and you can climb on a single rope using this knot . Its old school but really comfortable in the hand and easy to use.

NO ,no photo's i'd have to blank my face then i might look like a POW. as much as i am not so tall and with all my deffects or imperfections, i workout 6 nights a week , split routine, not heavy, just 12 to 15kg DBs , cardio and core strength training and do a psychical job which the Doc says is the secrete to my well being. I also have the added bonus of my smaller stature making my normal penis look large.

RM about 13 years, i still dream most nights that i am still in and wake up every morning and think' TF that was a dream,' they are not always video nastys just not very nice dreams. Mostly about being adrift and admin . Feel sorry for the huge numbers of young men and woman who have been in the thick of it tour after tour, its going to be a ticking time bomb for the government and NHS to sort out, mental problems have always been there but these more modern conflicts are producing an ice burg type problem.

Yep, its called marfan syndrome, it was a gift from my dad, and what makes my reach even longer is that i do have very large hands (the hand size developed from work) and i was once a little taller but have since had a disc removed and a couple of lower discs are fussed. As a school boy i was well known for my Ape characteristics so its ironic that i should end up being a tree surgeon Also as an extra special treat which i'm very proud of , i have an Athletes heart, which is an extra big one which i suppose god gave me to match my hands There must be loads of other special members we just need a big outing .

OK, touchy subject, I know i'm not the tallest tree man out there, but its taken me a bit of time to raise this one. In the forces my height was not a problem nor is it now, but, we all know its a condition of the stature and as a result of genetic testing in the USA 4 feet 10 is the definitive bench mark, i'm just under that and wondered how that made people feel and how many other tree folk were of the same. I will say that my gate ,finger tip top finger tip is massive when spread out like a crucifix measures 5 feet 9 , today for the first time my groundy commented on how strange i look, i'd never thought about it until today. Don't know what sort of smilly face to put on this one so i wont.
  25. Nice vid, hope you put good money on it, i'm sure you did , £50 to £80 a tree ? am i way way out ? up or down?
