  1. Your missing the point i don't mean jump on someone just because they are ignoring your signage and entering your work zone. I'm referring too live wires, lumps falling that would cause serious injury etc. As long as you can justify REASONABLE that's what I'm happy to stick too. Your right correct system of working wouldn't need this.
  2. I didn't say assault them I said use reasonable force. If something is likely to fall you are preventing harm, serious injury or possibly death. That's what I was told on My SIA door supervisor course but obviously not from a tree prospective though.
  3. You never touch someone you simply put your arms out and politely ask them to stop for a few seconds if they touch YOU or push you out the way you are allowed to use REASONABLE force. Can't see how it should ever get to this stage though.
  4. I know where your coming from, it is tricky on a low budget. I do find taking off the knotted hanqachief from your neck helps with the image though :-)
  5. For that kind of budget I would go LDV tipper with transit running gear.
  6. Hi Jon Happy Xmas, Sorry I was pulling I sell cheaps leg mate :-)
  7. People complain if the logs are too dry as they burn quickly :-)
  8. Christ what a transformation, when you said you was working over xmas didn't think you meant in Santas grotto :-)
  9. No I am the real deal mate without the Brentwood tan!!
  10. Put another ten crates of dry oak in the barn today, Apparently there's a lot of rain coming tomoz.
  11. Looks good, Don't think you will have much trouble shifting that should easily go for more than £1500 I would of thought.
  12. I am tempted mate, let's see a pic if you got one.
  13. I've lost mine to her indoors as the roads have been flooded.
  14. It's certainly got more windy down the road here in the last hour, Just took the dog out and gusts are pretty strong.
  15. Hi Matt, Yes that's the exact plough! Don't you fancy it on yours? I'm not spending any more on snow clearance for a couple more years then when I sell the Ranger a 130 with one of those will be on my drive :-)
  16. My Dad use to supply and install the tree there years ago. Nice Job, Wind seems to be picking up as the afternoon goes on.
  17. Is that Witham high street mate? Was only admiring that yesterday after leaving prezzo :-)
  18. I wouldn't antagonise these sort I wouldn't put it past them finding out who done it and doing the same to his house.
  19. Thanks for that I will google it and take a look. My next set up is going to be a 130 crewcab with a drop side rear buck with bigger snow-ex in and one of those rasco polymer snow ploughs controlled from in the cab but that's about 25k worth.
