  1. Where the hell would you start?
  2. If the guy who is selling them says they don't fit, I'm taking his word for it.
  3. According to the seller, it doesn't fit Stihl Kombi units.
  4. How are the kids?
  5. I got a pair of Husqvarna Functional Type As for the hotter weather and they are great. I paid about £110 all in from Radmore and Tucker's.
  6. Even if it was genuine, I don't think he would get far before pinching his bar.
  7. Thanks. You will be able to judge my level of success by whether it turns up on your doorstep or not.
  8. [ame] [/ame] or perhaps [ame] [/ame]
  9. Will probably pull the carb for a clean anyway as I have the kit. Anything out of the ordinary to watch out for?
  10. Stihl MS 029 which I picked up for pennies. Currently starts then either stalls immediately or runs for a short time then splutters to a halt. Giving it all a good clean up, new plug, fuel filter + hose and vent tube which currently has rust stains inside it. Got a carb kit too if it still refuses to comply.
  11. I think you would need to establish a code of conduct. Being photographed in an otherwise unseen area of your property would likely be construed as an invasion of privacy, if not harassment. Again, it would also come under the relevant article of the HRA. Would the Police take or action or would it be viewed as a matter for the civil courts? Depends on the take of the Police/CPS, I suppose.
  12. My take on it is that if somebody is on their own property but clearly and easily visible from public land then it would be legal for them to be photgraphed eg being 'door-stepped'. If taking the photos involved scaling a fence or trespass then the photographer would (and should) be in the brown and smelly. As I said, just my take and I couldn't cite case law to support it. My guess is that it would fall under the HRA article concerning right to privacy etc.
  13. In so, so many ways.
  14. The business I was in at the time was in Bryanston Street and had a clientele that was roughly 85% Arab based, higher in the summer when we had the seasonal influx from Kuwait etc. If I did a day shift, when I left to collect my car or head for the Tube all you could smell was shishas and the local grill restaurants.I have never seen empty streets in London like I did on 9/11(please excuse my using American dating system). Having not been back there in many years, I suspect my take would still be the same as yours.
  15. Not true, I'm afraid. In a public place, anybody can take pictures or film. On private property, it's not quite so straightforward. AFAIK, then it comes down to how visible somebody is from outside the property.
  16. Nope, you would be talking to dealers who carry different brands. Different types of trousers and boots suit different people but if you want to take a punt and spend several hundred pounds without trying them on first, there is a search button where you can get threads up in the bar at the top of the page to do some research then the dealers are down the right hand side.
  17. Are you 100% sure the smell of weed was from him smoking it and not because he is growing it?
  18. I started up a chainsaw today and I was wearing shorts. Will I go to hell?
  19. Go to the APF and try boots and trousers on.
  20. Marble Arch/Edgeware Rd was known as Little Beirut when I worked there in the 90s. Nice and easy to get Khoubz or Baklava after work though.
  21. Windows 8 and Firefox here, no issues or message.
  22. [ame] [/ame]
  23. Friend I worked with at The Sportsman Casino in the late 90s. [ame] [/ame]
