  1. Make sure you point out the extra charges and the CCJ
  2. No, a Lord would have 'forgotten' about it.
  3. It's only my opinion but I think a court would look on this term as being too vague to be enforceable as there is no determinable time scale to define the delay. I would be more inclined to go down the small claims route and add a reasonable amount on top for your trouble. Hope you get it sorted ok, Kev.
  4. Totally agree, Rob. There are a lot of very angry, confrontational people out there and driving seems to heighten the aggression for some reason.
  5. Love the Frank Sidebottom and Jack Skellington scarecrows.
  6. Thanks gents, I'll pass the info along.
  7. The WW1 airfield I am involved with has recently got a 1950s Ferguson T 20 tractor to use for various jobs around the site. They need a roll bar for it to keep the Health and Safety/ Insurance factions happy so I was hoping somebody on here might have some pointers as to were to look. If you are on Facebook, you can see the tractor on the Volunteers at Stow page. Thanks for reading.
  8. Did you see the A/P shell stuck in the church wall in St Lo?
  9. Ah, must be what happened to this poor girl. No wonder she looks so surprised.
  10. Saw this and thought people might find it interesting/useful. Where to See Bats - Bat Conservation Trust
  11. Just saw this on Facebook (Treebay); IN PICTURES: Aladdin's Cave of 100 stolen goods worth £50k seized by police in Coseley Express & Star
  12. You can't get large butts in Wranglers, Jon. That's why I wear Levis.
  13. They look like puncture proof tyres.
  14. Try Will Brush (Essex Arb).
  15. Have bought 2 saws from them in the past with no problems.
  16. Can't say I have, Daniel. He seems to have company most times I drive past.
  17. Sacked off strimming today and tomorrow. I don't like the heat and the jobs can be put off. Going back in on Friday.
  18. Hot and still very humid at home, big fella.
  19. Then you need to get on the antibiotics.
  20. Harrythecat on Ebay was breaking one of these recently.
  21. That's fortunate.
