  1. It's my gift to you, Andrew.
  2. I think the OP must have been on the MDMA as he loves his barrow so much.
  3. It's a bit difficult for a scared and vulnerable pensioner to say no to a group of these feral turds.
  4. Plug it on Mumsnet. You'll sell out in a day.
  5. You must have thought you had seen the back of all that when you stopped working with Plippy.
  6. Dirty boy!
  7. The place I fuel up at fills the tank for you and is still cheaper than Morrison's.
  8. Have you tried Woodalert on Facebook? You could also try local selling pages on there or as a freebie on Gumtree.
  9. Weren't you the bloke who had a lot of experience working on machinery? If you are, I would definitely push that.
  10. My mistake, we're going to lunch with in-laws.
  11. Planning to go as long as the work on my truck gets done in time.
  12. With all those thumbs, you must be from the Dengie Peninsula near me. TVI, it's good that you didn't take the Black Tie invitation too literally and turn up in only that.
  13. Unless you have no choice, you would be better off forgetting about working with them again as you would probably be always wondering if they were looking to screw you over again. The only use they are to you now is to bankroll you for your 1st few months until you find your feet again. At the risk of repeating myself, get yourself a chat with a good employment law specialist.
  14. I don't think it's difficult to see what the HR plan is here. Assuming redundancy works the same way there as here, you getting fed up and leaving is the result they are looking for as you go for free. You need to work out the way to get the best pay out when you decide to go. I think it's time you went to see an employment law specialist.
  15. Very wise.
  16. It's ok, somebody sorted him out.
  17. Says him in the quote.
  18. Who owns the car, me or him?
  19. Surely this is more appropriate?
  20. Always worth remembering; If you don't do it, somebody else will and the money is better off in your pocket than theirs.
  21. Had the same myself. They got my line manager to have a meeting with me to tell me my position was at risk of redundancy. Only trouble for them was that he didn't have a clue what rules applied to redundancy and so I managed to arrange a nice settlement deal with the directors to avoid a court case. Since then, nearly 400 people have been made redundant at that company. Always pays not to take what you are told by managers and HR at face value.
  22. I certainly wouldn't leave without dealing with the theft accusation first.
  23. Surprising to see a cricket right up in the canopy. I always thought they lived in long grass and such. Really enjoyed it but SWMBO fell asleep half way through.
  24. Don't feed the trolls, Bill. It only encourages them.
